【摘要】 目的探讨分析黛力新联合天麻素治疗卒中后抑郁疗效。方法选取我院于2016年4月至2017年8月收治的676例新发脑梗死患者,发病一周后开始汉密尔顿抑郁量表测评,其中量表测评脑卒中后抑郁患者469例,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组黛力新治疗,观察组给予黛力新联合天麻素治疗。对比分析两组患者抑郁缓解效果。结果治疗前,两组患者HAMD(汉密尔顿抑郁量表)评分、NIHSS(神经功能缺损程度)评分对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组HAMD评分、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后抑郁患者给予黛力新联合天麻素治疗,有效改善了患者神经功能缺损程度,缓解了抑郁状态,具有显著的临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of dailixin combined with gastrodin in the treatment of poststroke depression. Methods A total of 676 patients with new-onset cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled. The Hamilton Depression Scale was evaluated one week after the onset of the disease. Among them, 469 patients with post-stroke depression were evaluated and divided into 469 cases. In the control group and the observation group, the control group was treated with dailixin, and the observation group was given dailixin combined with gastrodin. Comparing and analyzing of depression relief in both groups. Results Before treatment, the scores of HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale) and NIHSS(Neural Deficit Disorder) were not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the HAMD score and NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than the control. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of poststroke depression patients with dailixin combined with gastrodin can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficit and relieve depression, and has significant clinical therapeutic effect.更多还原
