【摘要】 北京市郊野公园的建设与管理经过近10年的发展取得了显著成果,但很多问题也逐渐显现,这些问题集中体现在基础设施不足、养护管理水平低下、服务能力不高,以及功能定位不能满足市民多样需求等方面。为全面了解北京市郊野公园存在的问题并提出改进策略,从郊野公园管理者的视角出发,对北京市近60个郊野公园开展调研,了解公园业主管理困境,取得了丰富的一手数据。通过对郊野公园管理业主视角下的北京市郊野公园现状和问题的分析,针对性地提出了一些改进策略,这些策略包括加大郊野公园的财政支持和职业培训力度、引入PPP模式,以及针对不同权属情况因势利导等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction and management of country parks in Beijing have made remarkable achievements in the past ten years, but many problems have gradually appeared. These problems include lack of investment on infrastructure, poor park maintenance and services, etc. To investigate the challenges facing county parks in Beijing, the authors had a face-to-face interview with 60 country park owners. Based on the survey, the authors got the first-hand information about challenges facing country park in Beijing. Some suggestions are proposed to improve the skills of park management and operation. These suggestions include increasing financial support for the country parks, providing vocational training for park staff and introducing the PPP mode.更多还原
