【摘要】 患者男,52岁,躯干四肢泛发性皮损4个月余。体检:躯干、四肢弥漫密集分布肤色或淡红色扁平丘疹。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层黏液样变性,真皮胶原纤维增生伴玻璃样变;阿新兰染色阳性。免疫固定电泳:Ig G(+),轻链λ(+)。诊断为黏液水肿性苔藓伴发Ig G-λ轻链免疫球蛋白病。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 52-year-old male presented with widespread rashes in his trunk and limbs for more than 4 months. Physical examination showed diffuse,grouped,skin-colored or reddish flat papules. The lesional histology revealed mucin-like degeneration in the superficial dermis,proliferation and hyaline degeneration of dermal collagen,accompanied by positive alcian blue staining. Immunofixation electrophoresis showed positive immunoglobulin G-λ light chain. Therefore,the patient was diagnosed as lichen myxedematosus associated with Ig G-λ light chain gammopathy.更多还原
