【摘要】 目的:比较超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺(FNA)后行手术切除的患者细胞病理学与组织病理学结果,讨论对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值。方法:收治甲状腺结节患者50例,行FNA病理学检查,并行手术切除组织病理学检查,分析两者的差异。结果:以甲状腺切除患者组织病理学为依据,FNA及病理学检查的诊断符合率88.2%,敏感性88.2%,特异性93.9%,准确率92%。甲状腺乳头状癌、髓样癌、结节性甲状腺肿的FNA病理结果及术后的组织病理学检查诊断符合率较高,与总体诊断符合率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);滤泡腺瘤诊断符合率较低,与总体诊断符合率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺(FNA)对甲状腺结节的诊断价值很高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the results of cytology and histopathology in the patients who had an operation of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration of thyroid(FNA)and thyroidectomy,and to access the clinical value of FNA of thyroid in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodule.Methods:50 patients with thyroid nodule were selected.The FNA pathological examination was performed,and made concurrent surgical resection histopathological examination,and the differences between groups were analyzed.Results:With the diagnosis of histopathology as gold standard,the diagnostic accordance rate,sensitivity,specificity,and diagnostic accuracy of FNA were 88.2%,88.2%,93.9%,92%.The diagnostic accordance rate of thyroid palillary carcinoma,nodular goiter,and carcinoma medullar were high,which had no statistical difference as compare with the total diagnostic accordance rate.The accordance rate of the two methods in the diagnosis of thyroid follicular adenoma was low,which had no statistical difference as compared with the total diagnostic accordance rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration of thyroid is high.更多还原
