microRNA-107对阴茎保留的阴茎癌患者预后的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究micro RNA-107(mi RNA-107)的表达对阴茎保留的阴茎癌患者预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析2009年6月—2014年6月于南京医科大学第一附属医院行阴茎保留术的早期阴茎癌患者34例。应用Kaplan-Meier法分析生存数据,并对临床参数进行Cox单变量分析及多变量分析,分析因素包括患者年龄、婚姻状况、吸烟史、组织学分级、TNM分期、肿瘤原发部位及mi RNA-107表达。结果:mi RNA-107的表达与组织病理分级相关(χ2=3.948,P=0.047),Cox比例风险模型单因素分析显示,组织学分级较高(HR=5.537,P=0.007)和mi RNA-107高表达(HR=7.651,P=0.001)的阴茎保留患者预后较差;Cox多因素分析显示mi RNA-107高表达(HR=10.391,P=0.003)的阴茎保留患者预后较差。结论:mi RNA-107是阴茎保留术预后的独立风险因素,可作为阴茎保留术预后的重要分子标记物。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the prognostic value of micro RNA-107(mi RNA-107)for patients with penile-sparing surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 34 patients with penile-sparing surgery were collected from June,2009 to June,2014 in the first affiliated hospital of Nanjing Medical University. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the survival data. Univariable analyses and multivariable analyses by Cox regression were performed to analyze the correlation between the potential factors and the prognosis.The factors included age,marital status,history of smoking,histological grade,TNM stage,tumor position,and mi RNA-107 expression.Results:We found that mi RNA-107 expression was associated with histological grade(χ2=3.948,P=0.047). Univariable analyses showed that higher histological grade(hazard ratio,HR=5.537,P=0.007)and elevated expression of mi RNA-107(HR=7.651,P=0.001)significantly correlated with worse prognosis. Multivariable analyses demonstrated that higher mi RNA-107 expression was related to unfavorable prognosis for patients(HR=10.391,P=0.003). Conclusion:mi RNA-107 is an independent prognostic factor for patients with penile-sparing surgery,and it could be considered as an important biomarker.
