【摘要】 目的探讨分析氢氧化钙糊剂活髓保存治疗龋源性牙髓炎的临床效果以及应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2017年2月我院收治的212例龋源性牙髓炎患者,采用随机数字表法,均分为两组,对照组106例给予氧化锌丁香油糊剂活髓保存治疗方法,观察组106例给予患者氢氧化钙糊剂活髓保存治疗方法,比较两组212例患者活髓保存治疗效果。结果两组212例患者结果对比,观察组治疗成功率明显优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用氢氧化钙糊剂活髓保存治疗龋源性牙髓炎应用价值突出,有较好的治疗效果,改善了患者生活质量,值得借鉴并临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of calcium hydroxide paste for preservation of carious pulpitis. Methods 212 patients with carious pulpitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. 106 patients in the control group were treated with zinc oxide clove oil paste The treatment of live pulp preservation, observation group of 106 patients given calcium hydroxide paste live pulp preservation treatment, compared 212 cases of patients with two groups of survival preservation. Results The results of 212 patients in both groups were compared. The success rate of treatment in observation group was significantly better than that in control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Caesarean section using calcium hydroxide paste for the treatment of carious pulp has outstanding application value, good therapeutic effect and improved quality of life of patients.
