丹参注射液对脑梗死大鼠外周血NSE及NGF水平的影响

【摘要】 目的观察丹参注射液对脑梗死大鼠外周血神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及神经生长因子(NGF)水平的影响。方法将符合标准模型-大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)的24只大鼠分为丹参注射液组、生理盐水组,另随机取12只大鼠为假手术组。丹参注射液组每天注射丹参注射液2mL,生理盐水组每天注射生理盐水2mL,假手术组不用药。观察治疗前,治疗后7d、14d,外周血NSE、NGF水平及神经功能缺损评分(mNSS)。结果丹参注射液组NSE水平7d、14d均低于生理盐水组和假手术组;NGF水平7d变化不大,14d均高于生理盐水组和假手术组。mNSS评分较于生理盐水组明显下降。结论丹参注射液能降低NSE水平,调高N GF含量,促进脑梗死大鼠神经功能恢复,其重要机制考虑与丹参注射液能改善细胞缺血缺氧状态,减少神经元细胞的损伤、变性坏死有关,其中外周血NSE、NGF水平对脑梗死预后判断有积极的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Danshen injection(DSI)on the levels of blood neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in rats with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods Twenty-four with the standard model-middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)were divided into DSI group,saline group and the other 12 rats were randomly selected for the sham group.DSI group were injected with DSI 2 mLdaily,saline group were injected with saline 2 mL daily and sham group without medicine.The levels of blood NSE,NGF,and neurological deficits scores mNSS were observed before treatment,after 7 days,14 days.Results The levels of blood NSE in DSI group after 7 days,14 days were lower than that in saline group and sham group.The levels of blood NGF in DSI group after 7 days,14 days were higher than that in saline group and sham group.The mNSS scores in DSI group were lower than that in saline group.Conclusion DSI can reduce the levels of blood NSE,increase the NGF,and promote the recovery in rats with acute cerebral infarction.
