台湾桤木组织培养中种子消毒方法

【摘要】 以台湾桤木(Alnus formosana)种子为材料,进行消毒试验,探讨台湾桤木种子的最佳消毒方法。结果表明:台湾桤木种子消毒的最佳方式为75%酒精1 min+0.1%升汞20 min,此处理的台湾桤木种子萌发率高达81.1%,而污染率仅为11.1%。

【Abstract】 Seeds which were from Alnus formosana were sterilized with different treatments to discuss the best disinfection method. The results showed that the best disinfection method was 75% alcohol for 1 min and 0. 1% mercuric chloride for 20 min. Germination rate of sterilized seeds reached as high as 81. 1%with a relatively low pollution rate of 11. 1%.
