【摘要】 目的:综合分析卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI影像表现、临床特征及其手术病理结果,以期进一步加深对该病的认识并提高术前诊断的准确率。方法:收集术后病理确诊的卵泡膜细胞瘤10例,分析其影像学特征,包括有无出血、坏死、囊变及钙化,平扫、增强的表现及其与周围组织器官之间的关系。结果:平扫瘤体实性部分表现为T1WI等、低信号和T2WI低信号,部分病灶内可见纤维分隔;增强扫描动脉期多为轻度强化,并有延迟强化的特征。术后9例的病理结果与影像学检查的结果基本符合,表现为病理中的坏死、囊变与MRI上的囊变信号数目、分布基本一致。结论:综合分析卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI表现与病理学特征,对提高该病诊断的准确率有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the MRI appearance of ovarian thecoma and pathological findings in order to improve the knowledge of ovarian thecoma and diagnosis accuracy.Methods Totally 10 ovarian thecoma patients confirmed pathologically were analyzed for their imaging findings,including hemorrhage,necrosis,cystic degeneration,calcification,findings by plain scan and enhanced scan,and the relationship with the surrounding tissues.Results MR plain scan showed that iso-or hype-intense signal on T1WI and significant hypo-intensity in the solid part on T2WI.Fibrous separation was detected in some lesions.After enhancement,most lesions showed mild enhancement with slight increase on the delayed phase.Pathological necrosis and cystic degeneration were seen in 9 cases which corresponded to the number and shape of the cystic lesions on MRI.Conclusion Synthesized analysis of MR imaging characteristics and pathological changes of ovarian thecoma is very useful in improving the accuracy of diagnosis.更多还原
