【摘要】 创新研究群体建设是我国实施"创新型国家"发展战略的重要任务。作为一种协同创新的有效组织形式,群体的运行机制和管理模式是群体创建和发展的核心问题。本文分析了创新研究群体运行的驱动机制、支持机制及控制机制。讨论了创新研究群体的先锋式、职能式、资源式和扁平式四种管理模式。并围绕群体运行机制和管理模式提出了提高群体创新绩效的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation research group development is an important task to carry out "innovation country"development strategy in china. It is a effective organization form of collaborative innovation, group’s operation mechanism and management mode is the core problem of its creation and development. It analyzes its driving mechanism, support mechanism and control mechanism. It has pioneer type, function type,resource type and flat type four kinds of management modes.
