线叶菊黄酮滴丸制剂工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:确定线叶菊黄酮滚丸的最佳制剂工艺。方法:以滴丸的丸重变异系数、圆整度为筛选指标,以药液温度、滴距、滴速、线叶菊黄酮与基质配比为考察因素,采用正交设计法对线叶菊黄酮滴丸的制剂工艺进行优选。结果:线叶菊黄酮滴丸在滴制过程中,药液温度在95℃,滴距为6cm,滴制速度为50±2滴·mim-1,药物与PEG4000、PEG6000的质量比为1:2:1时的滴丸质量较好。结论:本实验优选出的滴丸制备方法简便,成品率高,质量稳定。

【Abstract】 Aim: To determine the Xin Yeju flavonoids pills the best preparation process. Methods: The pills the pillcoefficient of variation, a round selection for the whole of indicators to liquid temperature drops from, Disu, flavonoids and Xian Yeju matrix ration, for inspection, by orthogonal design of the line Flavonoids pills - ju of the preparation process for optimization. Results: Xian Yeju flavonoids pills in the process of liquid drip system should control the temperature in 95 ℃, should drop from 6cm, drop - in rate should drop 50 ± 2 ? min-1 , drugs and PEG4000, PEG6000 the quality ratio of 1:2:1 better quality of the pills. Conclusions: The pills prepared by the method is simple, the technology is feasible.
