【摘要】 中国大学官本位严重,这是导致大学管理官僚化、学术行政化、功利主义盛行的重要根源之一。大学官本位的存在,有中国固有文化传统的"仕文化"的深远影响,有我国大学发展历史上对大学认识的偏颇,也有现代大学制度建设滞后等原因。要消解大学官本位,确立大学精神,必须从文化、观念、制度等方面入手,其中最重要的就是重建大学精神,建立以学术为主导的民主管理体制并让高校拥有高度的办学自主权。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bureaucratic nature of universities in China is one of the essential sources of bureaucracy in university management,administration of academic affairs,and utilitarianism.The culture of being an official in the Chinese tradition remains one of the reasons for the present situation.In addition,it is due to a wrong perception of universities and delayed establishment of a modern university system in China.To eliminate the bureaucratic nature of universities and establish the spirit of universities in China,we are expected to take measures with regard to university culture,conception,and system.Among them,it is a key to re-build the spirit of universities and set up democratic,science-oriented management system to guarantee high autonomy in running universities.更多还原
