【Abstract】 There are some differences between China’s mainland and Taiwan in Educational Administrative Compensation.Some implications could be obtained through the case studies and the comparison of the laws between the two sides such as the Compensation Law,the Imputative Principle of Administrative Infringement,the Entity of Damage Compensation and the Procedure of Damage Compensation.It has a certain reference value for improving the relevant laws and regulations in China.更多还原
