【Abstract】 ADAMTS-1(a distintegrin and metalloprotease with thrombospondin type 1 motifs),a newly discovered metalloproteinase,was originally cloned from a cancer cell line.ADAMTS-1 binds the extracellular matrix(ECM) through its C-terminal special regions and mediates interaction of the cell-cell and the cell-ECM.Therefore,ADAMTS-1 plays a key role in physiology and pathology process such as growth and development,urogenital apparatus form change and inflammation,tumor growth and metastasis and atherosclerosis,and so on.更多还原
