【摘要】 为比较卵巢凋亡细胞形态在不同染色方法下的实验结果,选用HE、甲基绿-派洛宁、吖啶橙、Hoechst33258等对家兔卵巢组织石蜡切片染色,普通光镜或荧光显微镜进行观察,比较不同染色方法显现凋亡细胞的特异性是否有差异。实验结果显示,4种方法均可以识别凋亡细胞,荧光染色与普通染色间存在显著差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To compare morphology of apoptosis in ovary cells by different staning,the paraffin sections of ovary tissue were stained by HE,methyl green-pyronine,acridine orange and Hoechst33258 and observed by microscope or fluorescent microscope.The result indicted that apoptotic cells can be distinguished by all the four stainings,and there are distinct differences between fluorescent stainings and common stainings.更多还原
