污水水源热泵供热技术经济性分析
Cost-effectiveness Analysis on Sewage Source Heat Pump
【摘要】 随着热泵技术的不断发展,一直未能合理利用污水中的热能逐渐受到人们的关注,被认为是未开发利用的清洁能源。我国可资利用的污水资源十分丰富,应充分利用污水中的热能进行区域供热。本文以含油污水为热源对污水水源热泵供热方案与传统锅炉供热方案进行能耗和技术经济比较,说明污水水源热泵供热方案是一种节能、经济、环保的供热方案。当污水水源温度低于40益时,污水水源热泵供热方案的年费用值低于燃油和燃气锅炉供热方案而高于燃煤锅炉供热方案;当污水水源温度高于50益时,污水直接供热和污水+热泵调峰供热方案的年费用值均低于燃煤锅炉供热方案,可与传统供热方案相竞争。
【Abstract】 With the development of heat pump,thermal energy in sewage has come to our attention,which is thought of a clean energy.Sewage source is abundant in our country,which will be utilized in district heating.In this paper,emphasis is placed on the energy exhaust and cost-effectiveness of sewage source heat pump which compared with traditional heating modes.The results show that sewage source heat pump is a heating mode with energy saving,economics and environmental protection.When sewage temperature lower than 40℃,annual cost of sewage source heat pump is lower than that of oil burning boiler and natural gas burning boiler,but higher than that of coal burning boiler;when sewage temperature more than 50℃,sewage heating independently and sewage heating + heat pump heating at peak load are lower than coal burning boiler heating.The two kinds of heating modes can compete with traditional heating modes.
