【摘要】 采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术对40只马鹿mtDNA细胞色素b序列进行扩增,对所得PCR产物测序,测得405 bp的核甘酸片段序列,统计分析了6个品种或类型间的遗传关系,通过遗传关系建立了系统发育树。结果表明:天山马鹿和东北马鹿的亲缘关系较近,塔里木马鹿同天山马鹿、阿尔泰马鹿、甘肃马鹿、东北马鹿、左家马鹿的亲缘关系较远,塔里木马鹿和天山马鹿的亲缘关系最远。将6个马鹿品种(或类型)重新划分为4大类群:东北马鹿和左家马鹿为一类,天山马鹿和阿尔泰马鹿为一类,塔里木马鹿为一类,甘肃马鹿为一类。更多还原

【Abstract】 The PCR technique was used to amplify the mtDNA cyt b in 40 individuals of wapiti.The PCR products were purified and cloning sequencing was conducted.405 bp nucleotide sequences of partial were obtained.Statistical analysis about the genetic relationship of the 6 breeds(or types) was conducted,and with the genetic relation,a systematic growth tree was built up.It shows that the Tianshan wapiti has a close relation with the northeast wapiti,but the Talimu wapiti has a far relationship among the Tianshan wapiti,the Aertai wapiti, the gansu wapiti,the northeast wapiti and the Zuojia wapiti.Furthermore,the Talimu wapiti has the farthest relationship with Tianshan wapiti.The results of the study is that the 6 breeds(or types) can be redivided into 4 groups,that is the group of the northeast wapiti and Zoujia wapiti,of Tianshan and Aertai wapiti,of Talimu wapiti and of Gansu wapiti.更多还原
