【Abstract】 The new metallic finishing method of polyester textiles is studied. In an airtight vacuum chamber, silver is heated in a flash to change in the gaseous state and silver atoms freely sedimentate on the polyester fabric to form the functional mental granule. The surface morphology of the silver layer on the fabric is observed by SEM, and its chemical nature is characterized with XPS. The measurement of the washing durability and uvioresistant property are carried out. The results show that the fabric treated by baking method after evaporation has an obvious improvement on UV blocking function, and is durable to wash several times.更多还原
