催化裂化汽油氧化脱硫技术研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了近年来以轻质油品为研究对象,采用在多金属氧酸盐或有机酸等催化剂存在下,氧化脱除油品中含硫化合物的研究,如PetroStar公司的CED技术、日本(PEC)过氧化氢氧化法、有机酸催化氧化法、超声波氧化法、金属离子催化氧化法、多金属氧酸盐催化氧化法等,分析各自不同的优势和局限性,更适应的汽油氧化脱硫体系仍有待进一步的探索。

【Abstract】 Desulfurization of FCC gasoline by oxidation is a very important industrial procedure that attracts more and more attention of the petroleum refining. In this article various methods of Desulfurization of the light oil by polymetalate and organic acid as the catalysts in the recent years are introduced, including the CED technology of Petro Star Company, hydrogen proxide of PEC Japan, catalytic oxidation by organic acid, oxidation by ultrasonic, desulfurization by hydrogen proxide in presence of metal ions, catalytic oxidation by polymetalate and so on. Meanwhile, the advantage and limitation of processed are analyzed. Finally the further research on this field is prospected.
