舒巴坦与β-内酰胺抗生素联用的体外抗菌活性研究

【摘要】 试验测定了舒巴坦与β内酰胺类抗生素联用对细菌的体外抗菌活性。结果表明 :舒巴坦分别与阿莫西林、氨苄西林联用对标准大肠杆菌O78、金黄色葡萄球菌的联合药敏结果为无关作用 ,对临床分离的产β 内酰胺酶耐药菌株鸭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)较其单药显著降低 ,具有明显的抗菌增效作用

【Abstract】 In vitro antibacterial activities of sulbactam plus β lactam antibiotics were studied.Results showed that in vitro antibacterial activities of sulbactam plus Ampicillin and Amoxicillin were indifferent effect against non producing β lactamase Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus respectively,there were remarkable synergism of Sulbactam plus Ampicillin and Amoxicillin against clinical isolated β- lactamase producing Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus in ducks respectively.
