【摘要】 为探讨 85 1牌劲源片对小鼠免疫功能的影响 ,分别给予高、中、低 3个剂量组的 85 1牌劲源片 ,测定小鼠的胸腺和脾脏等免疫器官重量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、NK细胞活性、血清溶血素水平、二硝基氟苯( DNFB)所致迟发型超敏反应 ( DTH)等 ,结果显示 85 1牌劲源片能增加脾指数 ,增加小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数 ,提高 NK细胞活性 ,促进血清溶血素形成 ,增强 DNFB所致 DTH,对胸腺指数无明显影响。说明85 1牌劲源片具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of 851 Jinyuan Tablet on mouse immune functions,851 Jinyuan Tablet was given to mice for oral use at dose of 0.47g/kg、0.94g/kg、1.88g/kg for 28 days respectively.A series of items relative to immune functions were detected,including the weights of immune organs,phagocytosis test of phagocyte on abdominal,activity of NK cells,serum hemolysin,and determination of DTH.It was showed that 851 Jinyuan Tablet could increase mice′s spleen weight,raise phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of phagocyte,strengthen activity of NK cells and DTH induced by DNFB,improving the formation of serum hemolysin.It had no obvious effect on the weight of thymus.It is suggested that 851 Jinyuan Tablet can enhance mice′s immune functions.更多还原
