大孔吸附树脂对淫羊藿黄酮的吸附分离
Performance of absorption and separation of the macroreticular resin for Epimedium brevicornum flavonoids
【摘要】 采用紫外分光光度法,选用乙醇—水作为解吸溶剂,比较D101、D3520、D4020、X-5、NKA-9、AB-86种大孔吸附树脂对淫羊藿黄酮的吸附及解吸性能,以筛选出一种较好的淫羊藿黄酮吸附剂。结果表明,D101树脂较宜于淫羊藿黄酮的提纯,其对淫羊藿黄酮的静态和动态吸附量分别达51.54mg·g-1和6.89mg·mL-1,解吸率最高达93.45%。在动态吸附解吸实验中,经D101树脂吸附分离后,提取物中黄酮含量达到65.09%。文中还对树脂的极性、结构、性能与吸附效果的关系进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Using UV - spectrophotometry for determination and the ethyl-water for desorption, the performance of absorption and desorption for E. brevicornum flavonoids with six types of macroreticular resins D101,D3520,D4020,X -5,NKA - 9 , AB - 8 was compared in this paper, in order to select the better macroreticular resin which was used for the separation of E. brevicornum flavonoids. The result showed that the D101 resin was the most suitable absorbent. It had static capacity of E. brevicornum flavonoids as high as 51. 54mg·g-1 ,and dynamic capacity as high as 6. 89g ·mL-1. The highest elution rate of D101 resin was 93. 45% . During an dynamic absorption-elution experiment,after absorption and separation by this resin,the purity of flavonoids was up to 65.09% . The relation between the structure,function of resin and the effect of absorption was discussed in this paper.
