加强宪法保障制度建设 确保依法治国方略实施

【摘要】 针对我国宪法保障制度建设还不够完善这一现状 ,从建立违宪审查制度、制定保证宪法实施的监督法、建立宪法实施程序公开制度、社会公众对宪法实施的监督这四个方面 ,详细论述了四种适合我国国情的加强宪法保障制度建设的可行性建议。

【Abstract】 In view of the status quo that constitution guarantee system is not perfect in China, the writer discusses four aspects of it as follows: establishing of censor of violation as well as the procedure publishing of constitution enforcement,constituting supervision law and public supervising; and puts forward four feasible suggestions of reinforcing constitution guarantee in China.
