【摘要】 目的 :分析咪唑安定在局麻鼻内窥镜手术中的顺行性遗忘效果及其最佳剂量。方法 :选择 50例 ～ 期慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉内窥镜手术患者 ,根据咪唑安定用量随机分为五组 ,对其 Bp、HR、SPO2 、OAA/S评分及不良反应进行测定、比较。结果 :3μg· kg-1 · min-1 维持组遗忘率达 80 % ,无不良反应 ;而 4μg· kg-1 · min-1 组遗忘率达 1 0 0 % ,但其不良反应显著增加。结论 :在局麻鼻内窥镜手术中应用咪唑安定强化麻醉简单方便 ,效果良好 ,最佳维持剂量为 3μg·kg-1· min-1。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the forgetfulness effect of glyoxalinyl assival on intranasal operation with local anaesthesia under endoscrope and assess its dosage.Methods:50 patients with stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ of chronic nasosinusitis polyp were divided into five groups,according to the dosage of glyoxalinyl assival.Bp,HR,SRO 2,OAA/S and harmful response in the patients of five groups were recorded and analyzed.Results:The forgetfulness rate in dosage of 3 μg·kg -1 ·min -1 group was 80% and no harmful response was found.The forgetfulness rate in dosage of 4 μg·kg -1 ·min -1 group was 100%,but the harmful response was increased significantly.Conclusion:In intranasal operation with local anaesthesia under endoscrope,glyoxalinyl assival can be used to strengthen the anaesthesia.The suitable maintainable dosage is 3 μg·kg -1 ·min -1 .更多还原
