【摘要】 目的 :分析卵巢子宫内膜异位症诸因素对保守性手术后生育功能的影响。方法 :患卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿的不孕症患者 6 3例 ,均行囊肿剥除 ,术后服用丹那唑或内美通 6个月分别观察囊肿大小、单双侧卵巢发病、原发或继发不孕和术后是否按时服药对妊娠率的影响。结果 :术后 2a总妊娠率为 5 2 .38% (33/ 6 3) ,囊肿较大 ,双侧发病 ,原发不孕及术后未按照规定服药者妊娠率较低。结论 :卵巢子宫内膜异位症保守性手术可改善生育功能 ,术后应加服药物 ,以防复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the effect of factors of ovarian endometriosis on the fertility after conservative operation.Methods:A total of 63 ovarian endometriosis cases with cystis underwent oophorocystectomy,and took Danazol or Nemestran for half a year.Results:Two years after operation,the total pregnancy rate was 52.38%(33/63).The pregnancy rate was low in cases with larger cystis,two side ovarian invasion,or primary acyesis,or not taking medicine after operation.Conclusion:Conservative operation for ovarian endometriosis can improve the fertility,and patients should take medicine regularly to prevent relapse.更多还原
