【摘要】 目的:探讨醋酸去炎松对增生性瘢痕HLA-DR分子的作用。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法显示正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕(HS)、术前7天及3天局部注射醋酸去炎松的增生性瘢痕皮肤的HLA-DR,比较各组上皮中HLA-DR阳性细胞数。结果:①HS组织中HLA-DR~+ LC的数量806.67±101.72个/mm~2明显高于正常皮肤510.00±45.1个/mm~2(n=6)(P<0.05),HLA-DR分子在角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞中异常表达。②醋酸去炎松治疗7天和3天时,HS中HLA-DR~+ LC的数量分别为447.76±90.03个/mm~2(n=6)和476.67±70.02个/mm~2(n=6),明显低于HS,(P<0.05),与正常皮肤相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:①HS组织中HLA-DR分子表达量增加提示HS局部组织可能处于高免疫应答状态;②醋酸去炎松通过抑制HLA-DR分子的表达降低HS高免疫应答状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: 1 o study the eltect ot triamcinolone acetonide on HLA-DR expression of hyper-trophic scar (HS). Methods: The Positive-cell numbers of HLA-DR were determined by immunohis-tochemical (Streptavidin/Peroxidase,SP) staining in normal skin, hypertrophic scar(HS) and HS injected with triamcinolone acetonide in the 7 days and 3 days before operation the positive-cell numbers in epithelium were compared between both groups. Results: The numbers of HLA-DR positive langerhans cell (LC) (806. 67±101. 72/mm2 n = 6) in HS were significantly higher than that in normal skin (510. 01 ± 45. 17/ mm2 n = 6)(P<0. 05). It revealed anomalous expression of HLA-DR molecules in Keratinocytes and fibrob-lasts from HS. The numbers of HLA-DR positive LC in Keratinocytes and fibroblasts from HS injected with triamcinolone acetonide in the 7 days and 3 days before operation were 447. 76±90. 03/mm2(n = 6) and 476. 67±90. 02/mm2(n = 6) respectively, which were statistically lower than that from HS (P<0. 05) and showed no remarkable difference as compared with normal skin (P>0. 05) . Conclusion: HS had a higher state of immune response. Triamcinolone Acetonide cut down higher state of immune response of HS through inhibiting expressive content of HLA-DR molecules.更多还原
