硫化汞锑矿汞锑分离降铬工艺试验研究

【摘要】 采用 1号降铬剂配合少量重铬酸钾进行汞锑分离 ,替代纯重铬酸钾汞锑分离工艺 ,在相同技术指标前提下 ,大大降低了重铬酸钾药剂用量和选矿成本 ,使选矿废水排放中Cr(Ⅵ )的含量达到了环保要求。

【Abstract】 A new chromium dropping technology based on use of No.1 chromium dropping agent with small amount of potassium bichromate in Hg Sb separation process of livingstonite ores was developed in order to substitute for old technology with pure potassium bichromate. The new technology not only remarkably reduces the ore dressing cost by cutting off the dosages of potassium bichromate, but also effectively removes Cr(Ⅵ) in ore dressing waste water to a level that accord with demands from environmental protection.
