【摘要】 本文探讨了高校财务预算应采用零基预算法的原因和用零基预算法编制的基本方法。

【Abstract】 The reason of the applications of the zero base budget method in the financial budget of the university and the basic methods for preparing the budget with the zero base are discussed in this article.
