【Abstract】 Based on the historical facts and seen from the angle of the present reality, this paper has studied WEI Wen-hou’s way of making use of personnel. It states that WEI Wen-hou was tolerant and generous, and was always glad to have his errors pointed out. In making use of personnel, when he chose a person for a job, he would let the person give full play to his talents rather than have any slightest doubt of him, and he combined macro-control with micro-l axation. It is suggested in the paper that present-day leaders of all levels can draw lessons from this so as to purify their minds and straighten out their wor king styles.更多还原
