【Abstract】 We constructed the co-cultures of bovine PBMCs infected by BIV92044 strain with newly born bovine spleen cells, kidney cells and lung cells respectively, then we blind-passaged the cocultures, using PCR technique to track the virus, and treated the co-cultures with some factors. We found that new born bovine spleen cells can be infected by BIV92044 strain persistently, and the viruses in such cells can respond to the regulatory factor of BIV and some exogenous factors, these results indicate that this in vitro culture system can be used for further molecular biological studies of BIV92044 strain.更多还原
