【摘要】 为揭示生长抑素（ＳＯＭ）与癫痫发生的关系。采用放射免疫法检测了癫痫患者脑脊液及戊四氮诱发的慢性癫痫大鼠脑组织ＳＯＭ放射免疫活性。结果显示：癫痫患者脑脊液中ＳＯＭ含量显著高于对照组；慢性癫痫大鼠顶叶皮层、海马内ＳＯＭ含量亦显著高于对照组。提示：ＳＯＭ与癫痫发作有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the role of somatostatin in epilepsy,We measured somatostatin like immunoreactivity in cerebrospinal fluid of epileptic patients and in brain tissue of pentylenetctrazol induced model.The results showed that the contents of somatostatin were obviously increased with significant differece in cerebrospinal fluid of epileptic patients and hippocampus.cerebral cortex of chronic epileptic rats as compared with the control group.The results indicated that somatostatin play a very important role in the development of epilepsy.更多还原
