彩色等离子体显示技术研究

【摘要】 对单基板型和双基板型彩色 ACPDP 的显示机理、放电机理、存储特性进行了研究。采用计算机模拟方式,对器件单元进行了优化。介绍了制作彩色ACPDP 的关键工艺。制作出了128×128线彩色 ACPDP。

【Abstract】 The principle of two kinds of color ACPDP and the optimization of elec- trode structure in suface-discharge color ACPDP are introduced.Key proccessing tech- niques of color ACPDP are discussed.Finally,main performance of 128×128 discharge cell color ACPDP is also presented.
