【摘要】 习近平总书记多次强调,“劳动模范是民族的精英、人民的楷模,是共和国的功臣。”(1)虽然他们只是普通群众中的一员,工作在一线的最基础岗位,却依旧发挥着自己的光和热,创造了不平凡的业绩,从广大工人阶级和劳动群众中脱颖而出,成为优秀代表。深入分析可知,在这些行为楷模和劳动模范身上体现出一种共性特征和精神品质,可以集中概括为劳模精神,劳模精神既是中国工人阶级自身阶级属性、价值追求、人生境界等的生动体现,也是伟大时代精神在不同时期的具体化。现阶段,我国已经迈上了全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程,“两个大局”相互交织的时代背景,既给国家建设创造了有利机遇,提供了新时代独有的发展环境和外在条件,也给未来发展带来了新的挑战。抓住机遇、迎接挑战,是全国各族人民当下面临的共同任务。在当代中国,要抓住机遇同时有效应对挑战,依然离不开工人阶级和广大劳动人民的根本力量,他们依然是社会主义现代化建设的主体军,党和国家必须高度重视并努力发挥工人阶级和广大劳动人民群众的主动性和建设作用。青年学生是人民群众中具有高知识水平、高文化素养的人才和后备军,“千百年来,青春的力量,青春的涌动,青春的创造,始终是推动中华民族勇毅前行、屹立于世界民族之林的磅礴力量!”(2)高校是培养全面发展的人和时代新人的重要平台,新时代高校弘扬劳模精神,能够发挥教师群体的示范作用,学校环境的熏陶作用,同学、同伴的影响作用,帮助大学生在潜移默化中树立崇高信仰,形成正确的劳动价值观。因此,立足于新时代的特殊语境,坚守为党育人、为国育才的初心使命,寻求高校弘扬劳模精神的有效实践路径,将劳模精神的宣传学习贯穿高校教育教学全过程与各项工作之中,促进高校人才将劳模精神内化为精神追求、外化为自觉行动,具有重要的创新意义和重大的实践价值。论文中综合运用逻辑与历史相统一、理论与实际相统一、社会调研与分析相统一的研究方法,对新时代高校弘扬劳模精神进行了系统的研究。论文首先对劳动模范与劳模精神的概念进行了解析,并深入阐述了新时代劳模精神的科学内涵,指出劳模精神是实现民族复兴伟业不可或缺的磅礴力量、是民族精神和时代精神的在实践中的丰富与发展、是社会主义核心价值观的生动体现,并分析来新时代高校弘扬劳模精神,对于培养全面发展的时代新人的必要性。进而,论文详尽阐述了新时代劳模精神的理论依据,明确其是对马克思主义劳动观的继承与发展,是对中华民族传统美德的赓续,同时也梳理了中国化马克思主义关于劳模精神的重要论述。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次在重要场合礼赞劳动,讴歌劳模精神,形成了一系列关于劳模精神的重要论述,为高校弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神提供了根本遵循。其次,文章中重点分析了新时代高校弘扬劳模精神的具体现状,党的十八大以来,高校作为探究知识的殿堂和人才培养的摇篮,也开始围绕着立德树人这个中心环节,在学校中开展一系列工作大力弘扬劳模精神,但不可否认,现阶段高校弘扬劳模精神尚未形成系统性培育体系。论文的最后针对新时代高校作为重要教育场所,如何有效弘扬劳模精神提出了相应的对策建议,从加强弘扬劳模精神的相关顶层设计与制度保障、科学化弘扬劳模精神劳动教育课程设置、完善弘扬劳模精神的教育方法、构建弘扬劳模精神的高校校园文化以及提升支撑高校弘扬劳模精神的保障能力等几个方面对新时代高校弘扬劳模精神进行系统规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 The spirit of model workers encompasses the essence,character,and values that define them: dedication,pursuit of excellence,hard work,innovation with courage,indifference to fame and wealth,and willingness to contribute.This spirit serves as a potent driving force propelling societal progress in line with the advanced nature of the working class as its mainstay.It showcases the exemplary political and moral qualities inherent in this class while serving as an internal impetus for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In our current stage,there is an urgent need for both the Party and the nation to vigorously cultivate high-quality labor talents.Young college students constitute a crucial segment within socialist construction and serve as reserves for future national endeavors;they carry the hopes of our nation on their shoulders.By actively promoting the spirit of model workers within colleges and universities,we can guide these students towards establishing lofty ideals and beliefs while helping them foster positive mental states conducive to personal growth alongside cultivating strong moral characters.The cultivation of the labor spirit among college talents in the new era not only facilitates the development of a correct worldview and values,but also fosters ideal,capable,and responsible socialist builders and successors.This serves as the fundamental approach for colleges and universities to fulfill their core mission of moral education and human development.Therefore,within the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it holds significant innovative significance and practical value to explore effective practices that promote the embodiment of model workers’ spirit among college talents.This includes internalizing such spirit as a spiritual pursuit and conscious action,as well as integrating publicity campaigns and studies on model workers’ spirit throughout all aspects of college education,teaching,and administrative work.In this paper,the author comprehensively uses the research methods of unifying logic and history,theory and practice,social investigation and analysis to carry forward the spirit of model workers in colleges and universities in the new era.Firstly,the paper analyzes the concepts of model worker and model worker spirit,and elaborates the scientific connotation of model worker spirit in the new era,pointing out that model worker spirit is an indispensable force to realize the great cause of national rejuvenation,is the enrichment and development of national spirit and the spirit of The Times in practice,and is a vivid embodiment of socialist core values.It also analyzes the necessity of carrying forward the spirit of model workers in colleges and universities in the new era for cultivating new people with all-round development.Then,the paper elaborates the theoretical basis of the spirit of model workers in the new era,and makes it clear that it is the inheritance and development of the Marxist view of labor,and the continuity of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,and also combs the important discussion of the spirit of model workers in Chinese Marxism.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has praised labor and eulogized the spirit of model workers on many important occasions,forming a series of important discussions on the spirit of model workers,providing a fundamental basis for universities to carry forward the spirit of model workers,labor spirit and craftsman spirit.Secondly,the article focuses on the analysis of the specific status quo of carrying forward the spirit of model workers in colleges and universities in the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,colleges and universities,as the palace of exploring knowledge and the cradle of talent training,have also begun to carry out a series of work in schools to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers around the central link of moral cultivation.But,the university has not yet formed a systematic cultivation system to carry forward the spirit of model workers.At the end of the paper,how to carry forward the spirit of model workers effectively in the new era of colleges and universities as an important educational place is put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper makes a systematic plan for carrying forward the spirit of model workers in colleges and universities in the new era from several aspects,such as strengthening the related top-level design and system guarantee,scientific curriculum setting of carrying forward the spirit of model workers,perfecting the educational methods,building the campus culture of carrying forward the spirit of model workers,and improving the support ability of supporting the spirit of model workers.更多还原
