面向小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法研究

【摘要】 本研究基于设计驱动视角,探索小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法、设计驱动创新方法生成原理和设计驱动创新方法生成框架。通过分析国内五家小微制造企业的典型创新活动,本研究梳理出案例企业在转型过程中所采用的设计驱动创新方法群,归纳出案例企业在代表性创新认知指导下的设计驱动创新方法生成原理,进而归纳出小微制造企业一般性的设计驱动创新方法生成原理。在此基础上,本研究创造性地提出小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法生成框架。本研究提出的设计驱动创新方法生成框架旨在为我国小微制造企业转向设计驱动型制造企业提供设计驱动创新方法生成思路指导。本研究主要采用文献调查法、深度访谈法、案例研究法和归纳法四种研究方法。首先,通过权威信息平台和高质量研究报告,本研究了解到设计驱动小微制造企业的现实情况。该部分运用文献调查法,搜集并梳理出有价值的信息。其次,通过对广东地区代表性的五家设计驱动型制造企业进行调研,本研究搜集到较为丰富的、与本研究主题相关的企业资料。该部分运用深度访谈法,对搜集到的资料进行补充。然后,通过对研究案例中典型创新活动进行分析,本研究梳理出五家案例企业独特的设计驱动创新方法群。该部分运用案例研究法,充分挖掘和分析现有资料。最后,通过对设计驱动创新方法产生的规律进行分析,本研究归纳出案例企业在其代表性创新认知指导下的设计驱动创新方法生成原理,进而归纳出小微制造企业一般性的设计驱动创新方法生成原理。该部分运用归纳法,从个别的、特殊的设计驱动创新方法产生过程推理出一般性的设计驱动创新方法生成原理。本研究的结论主要包括:(1)通过分析五家设计驱动型小微制造企业的典型创新活动,本研究梳理出案例企业的设计驱动创新方法群,并归纳出小微制造企业一般性的设计驱动创新方法生成原理。它是指在企业创新目标群的指引下,不同层面的创新认知作用于具体的创新对象,形成的稳定的、有效的设计驱动创新方法。(2)本研究创造性地提出小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法框架,并针对设计驱动创新方法生成框架的构成要素、构建思路、应用机理、一般应用路径等方面进行详细阐述。小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法框架是指能够指导小微制造企业形成具体设计驱动创新方法的一般性思路。小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法生成框架的构成要素包括企业的创新目标、企业的创新认知和企业的创新对象。基于单一创新目标、多个创新目标和目标确定过程三种类型,本研究绘制出三种小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法生成框架。小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法生成框架的应用机理主要分为两种,即基于企业现实基础的创新实践和基于企业资源优势的创新实践。小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法生成框架的一般应用路径为:分析企业现实—明确创新目标—确定创新认知—选择创新对象—归纳设计驱动创新方法。(3)本研究将小微制造企业的设计驱动创新方法生成框架应用于斗禾科技,验证该框架在小微制造企业创新活动中的可用性。在该框架的一般应用路径的指导下,斗禾科技的设计驱动创新方法生成路径可概括为:分析企业现实(汇聚“天时”、“地利”、“人和”)—明确创新目标(寻找企业转型突破点)—确定创新认知(构建独特的产品创新认知体系)—选择创新对象(创新活动以产品创新为主)—归纳设计驱动创新方法(以创新对象为分类依据)。在独特的设计驱动创新方法群的指导下,斗禾科技创造出丰硕的创新成果,并解决四大关键创新问题:(1)设计创新力—增强设计参与度与创新投入;(2)设计创新意识—形成独特的创新认知体系;(3)产品竞争力—提升造型美观度与技术应用;(4)品牌附加值—构建完整的产业链与价值链。

【Abstract】 Based on the design driven perspective,this study explores the innovation method driven by design,generation principle of innovation method driven by design and generation framework of innovation method driven by design of small and micro manufacturing enterprise.Through analysis of typical domestic five small micro manufacturing enterprise innovation activities,this study teases out the innovation methods driven by design and generation principle of innovation methods driven by design under the guidance of cognitive of the case enterprises,and concludes the general generation principle of innovation method driven by design of small micro manufacturing enterprises.On this basis,this study creatively proposes the generation framework of innovation method driven by design of small and micro manufacturing enterprise.The generation framework of innovation method driven by design proposed in this study aims to provide guidance for the innovation method driven by design generation of small and micro manufacturing enterprises in China turn to manufacturing enterprises driven by design.This study mainly adopts four research methods: literature survey,in-depth interview,case study and induction.First,through the authoritative information platform and high quality research report,this study understands the reality of design-driven small and micro manufacturing enterprises.This part uses literature survey to collect and sort out valuable information.Second,through the investigation of five representative design-driven manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong,rich enterprise information related to this research topic is collected.This part uses the in-depth interview method to supplement the collected data.Then,through the analysis of typical innovation activities in the case study,the unique innovation methods driven by design of the five case enterprises are sorted out.This part uses case study method to fully excavate and analyze the existing data.Finally,through the analysis of the regular of the generation of innovation method driven by design,this study summarizes the generation principle of innovation method driven by design under the guidance of representative innovation cognition of case enterprises,and then summarizes the general generation framework of innovation method driven by design of small and micro manufacturing enterprise.In this part,induction is used to deduce the general principle of generating innovation method driven by design from the process of generating individual and special innovation method driven by design.The main conclusions of this study include :(1)By analyzing the typical innovation activities of five design-driven small and micro manufacturing enterprises,this study sorted out the design-driven innovation method group of the case enterprises,and summarized the generality of design-driven innovation method generation principle of small and micro manufacturing enterprises.It refers to the stable and effective design-driven innovation method formed by different levels of innovation cognition acting on specific innovation objects under the guidance of enterprise innovation target group.(2)This study creatively puts forward the design driven innovation method framework of small and micro manufacturing enterprises,and expounds the components,construction ideas,application mechanism and general application path of design driven innovation method generation framework in detail.The design driven innovation method framework of small and micro manufacturing enterprises refers to the general thinking that can guide small and micro manufacturing enterprises to form specific design driven innovation method.The components of the design driven innovation method generation framework of small and micro manufacturing enterprises include enterprise innovation goal,enterprise innovation cognition and enterprise innovation object.Based on three types of single innovation goal,multiple innovation goal and goal determination process,this study draws three design driven innovation method generation frameworks for small and micro manufacturing enterprises.The application mechanism of the design driven innovation method generation framework in small and micro manufacturing enterprises is mainly divided into two types: innovation practice based on enterprise reality and innovation practice based on enterprise resource advantage.The general application path of the framework of design-driven innovation method generation in small and micro manufacturing enterprises is as follows: analyze enterprise reality--clarify innovation objectives--determine innovation cognition--select innovation objects--summarize innovation methods driven by design.(3)This study applies the framework of innovation method driven by design of small and micro manufacturing enterprise to Douhe Technology,and verifies the usability of the framework in the innovation activities of small and micro manufacturing enterprises.Under the guidance of the general application path of the framework,the generation path of design-driven innovation method of Douhe Technology can be summarized as follows: Analysis enterprise reality(together right time,right place,friendly atmosphere)— clear innovation goals(looking for business transformation breakthrough)— determines innovation cognitive(build unique product innovation cognitive system)— select the innovation objects(innovation mainly product innovation)— induction design driven innovation method(with innovation object classification basis).Under the guidance of the unique design-driven innovation method group,Douhe Technology has created rich innovation results and solved four key innovation problems:(1)design innovation ability—enhance design participation and innovation investment;(2)design innovation consciousness — forming a unique innovation cognition system;(3)product competitiveness — to improve the aesthetic degree of modeling and technical application;(4)brand added value — to build a complete industrial chain and value chain.
