【摘要】 党的政治纪律建设在党的纪律建设中最为关键。中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代四个历史时期的实践进程中,正因为一贯重视政治纪律建设,才使得各级党组织和全体党员在政治方向、政治立场、政治言论和政治行为上与党中央保持了高度统一,维护了党自身的先进性、纯洁性,并赢得了广大人民群众的衷心拥护。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央深入推进全面从严治党伟大实践,在全党重视政治纪律建设,通过一系列重大举措进一步完善党的政治纪律建设,并促使其在实际中得到贯彻执行。在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记深刻阐明了新时代党的建设总要求,首次将“纪律建设”纳入党的建设总体布局,明确了“重点强化政治纪律”的要求,强调要把政治将纪律建设自觉贯穿于管党治党全过程,实现党的整体建设呈现最优化状态。本文以“中国共产党的政治纪律建设”为研究对象,以中国共产党建党百年的关键时间点为契机,对中国共产党政治纪律建设的内涵、价值、特征、成就、经验等进行梳理和研究,并根据当前政治纪律建设面临的挑战,探析了新时代加强政治纪律建设的基本路径。论文由绪论、正文和结语三个部分组成,主要从学理与实践机理上研究阐明了党的政治纪律建设“是什么、为什么、如何做”等理论与实际问题。绪论分析了开展党的政治纪律建设研究所具有的重要学术理论意义和实践意义,系统梳理了当前国内外学术界对此问题的研究现状和发展动态,阐述了本文的研究目标、研究内容、研究方法等,为后续各部分研究奠定了重要基础。第一章是中国共产党政治纪律建设的内涵价值与特征。一百多年来,党在政治纪律建设方面形成了丰富的理论成果和实践成果,积累了宝贵经验,本文从分析党的政治纪律建设丰富内涵入手,阐明其重大价值,研究揭示了政治纪律建设的基本特征,即整体性与重点性、继承性与发展性、理论性与实践性、阶级性与人民性、问题导向性和现实针对性、惩前毖后与治病救人六个方面相统一。第二章是中国共产党政治纪律建设的理论基础。通过对马克思恩格斯、列宁等马克思主义经典作家关于无产阶级政党纪律建设的思想进行文本研究梳理,对以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平为主要代表的中国共产党主要领导人关于党的政治纪律建设的重要思想进行文献研究梳理,阐发中国共产党政治纪律建设的理论基础。第三章是中国共产党政治纪律建设的历程、成就与经验。针对中国共产党在四个历史时期的实践进程,研究了党的政治纪律建设分别在初创萌芽、曲折探索、持续推进和强化完善四个主要阶段的主要演进发展,总结党在一百多年奋斗中政治纪律建设的主要成就和基本经验,深化对中国共产党在各个历史时期加强党的政治纪律建设的理论与实践、特点和规律的认识。第四章是中国共产党政治纪律建设的挑战与成因。立足贯彻全面从严治党战略方针和新时代党的建设总要求,针对党和国家所处的历史方位、事业发展和建设战略全局、适应新的形势变化和实践要求,分析了新时代加强党的政治纪律建设面临的挑战和问题。重点从政治方向、政治立场、政治言论、政治行为四个方面剖析了在当前管党治党中政治纪律建设方面存在的问题影响和原因。第五章是新时代加强中国共产党的政治纪律建设的现实路径。从坚定正确政治方向、加强政治纪律体系和机制建设、加强政治纪律教育、促进党员自律、优化政治纪律建设生态等方面提出对策建议,为新时代加强和深化党的政治纪律建设提供决策参考。在结语部分,对中国共产党加强政治纪律建设研究的整体过程进行简单的梳理与回顾,提出了本文关于党的政治纪律建设的认识,为今后进一步深化探究奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of party’s political discipline is the key in the construction of Party’s discipline.It is precisely because the COMMUNIST Party of China has always attached importance to the construction of political discipline in its practice in four historical periods:The period of the new democratic revolution,The socialist revolution and construction,The new period of reform,Opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Only then did party organizations at all levels and all party members maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in terms of political direction,political stand,political speech and political behavior,maintain the Party’s own advanced nature and purity,and win the heartfelt support of the broad masses of the people.Since the 18th NATIONAL Congress of the CPC,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has been advancing the great practice of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,attaching great importance to improving political discipline throughout the Party,adopting a series of major measures to further improve the Party’s political discipline,and promoting its implementation in practice.In the report to the 19th CPC National Congress,the party’s construction,the first to the discipline construction in the party’s construction general layout,made clear the requirement of "focus on strengthening political discipline",we need to ensure that politics and discipline building are integrated into the entire process of party management and governance to optimize party building as a whole.This paper takes "the construction of political discipline of the Communist Party of China" as the research object,with the founding of the communist party of China in one hundred,the key point in time as an opportunity,the connotation of the construction of the Chinese communist party’s political discipline,the value,characteristics,generalizes the historical achievements,experience and research,and according to the current political challenges facing the discipline construction,analysis the basic path of new era to strengthen the construction of political discipline.The thesis is composed of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.It mainly studies and clarifies the theoretical and practical problems of "what is,why and how to do" in the construction of the party’s political discipline from the perspective of academic theory and practical mechanism.The introduction analyzes the research to carry out the party’s political discipline construction has important academic significance and practical significance,the system combed the current academic research status and development trends at home and abroad,this paper expounds the research objectives,research contents,research methods of this paper,the innovation place and the insufficiency,laid the important foundation for the research of the subsequent sections.The first chapter is the connotation value and characteristic of the construction of CPC’s political discipline.For more than one hundred years,the Party has formed rich theoretical and practical achievements in the construction of political discipline,and accumulated valuable experience.This paper analyzes the rich connotation of the party’s political discipline construction,expounds its major value,and reveals the basic characteristics of the construction of political discipline.Namely,the unity of integrity and emphasis,inheritance and development,theory and practice,class and people,problem-oriented and realistic pertinence,learning from past mistakes and curing diseases and saving people.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the CPC’s political discipline construction.The theoretical basis of the construction of political discipline of the Communist Party of China is inseparable from the combing of the thoughts of marxist classical writers.This chapter combs the thoughts of Marx,Engels,Lenin and other Marxist classical writers on the construction of proletarian party discipline.As well as MAO Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao,Xi Jinping,the communist Party of China’s successive central leadership on the proletarian party discipline construction of the ideological comb,to the Communist Party of China’s political discipline construction to lay a good foundation for research.The third chapter is the course,achievement and experience of the CPC’s political discipline construction.In view of the practice process of the CPC in four historical periods,this paper studies the main evolution and development of the party’s political discipline construction in four major stages:initial germination,tortuous exploration,continuous advancement and strengthening and perfecting,and summarizes the main achievements and basic experience of the party’s political discipline construction in the 100-plus years of struggle.Deepen the understanding of the CPC’s theory and practice,characteristics and laws of strengthening the party’s political discipline construction in various historical periods.The fourth chapter is the challenges and causes of the construction of CPC political discipline.Based on the implementation of the strategic principle of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline and the general requirements for Party building in the new era,the paper analyzed the challenges and problems faced by strengthening party political discipline in the new era in view of the historical position of the Party and the country,the overall strategic situation of cause development and construction,and the need to adapt to the new situation and practice.This paper mainly analyzes the influence and causes of the problems existing in the construction of political discipline in the current management of the Party from four aspects:political direction,political stand,political speech and political behavior.The fifth chapter is the realistic path of strengthening the construction of political discipline of the Communist Party of China in the new era.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects:firming up the correct political direction,strengthening the construction of political discipline system and mechanism,strengthening political discipline education,promoting party members’self-discipline,and optimizing the ecology of political discipline construction,so as to provide decision-making reference for strengthening and deepening in the new era.In the conclusion,the overall process of the CPC’s strengthening of political discipline construction is briefly sorted out and reviewed,and the understanding of the party’s political discipline construction is put forward in this paper,which lays a foundation for further research and deepening.更多还原
