【摘要】 《黄帝内经》是我国现存最早、地位最高的一部经典医学理论著作。它因其丰富的医学理论和治病养生思想被历代医家奉为圭臬。同时,又因涉及多个学科知识,该部经典对于中国身体哲学、历史、天文、地理以及文化诸领域均产生深远影响。《黄帝内经》最早建构了中国古代的身体符号模型,充分展示了上古先民对人体的生理、病理、诊断、治疗与养生的认知与表述。历代的《黄帝内经》研究大多以医学理论的阐释与临床实践为主,因受限于中医学学科内部的探讨,研究视野相对狭隘。符号学是专门研究符号表意的学问,为不同学科之间的融合研究提供了一个共通的理论和方法论框架。论文以《黄帝内经》身体哲学的符号表意机制为研究对象,从现代符号学理论的符形、符义、符用三个层面系统地探讨了《黄帝内经》身体哲学的形成、传达与解释规律,提出了中国传统文化自我再生系统论的符号学理论,对于一些存在争议的疑难问题以及《黄帝内经》的身体哲学在当代文化谱系中的意义生成给出了新的见解。文章共分六章,绪论主要探讨了论文的选题背景、研究意义,并对《黄帝内经》的当代研究成果进行了回顾和总结,指出了当前研究的不足,并说明了论文的研究思路,创新点及难点。第一章考察了《黄帝内经》的历史背景,主要从《黄帝内经》的名称来历、成书时间、理论体系架构、学术思想内容、文本传播情况以及学术研究史进行了系统性的梳理。第二章考察了《黄帝内经》的核心概念,重点从发生学的角度探析了气、阴阳、五行符号产生的原因与意义,以及元符号系统的特征,特别是这些符号系统医学意义域的建构机制。第三章考察了《黄帝内经》的身体符号类型,主要从指示符号的角度分析了身体医学符号的理据性,探讨了症状符号的解释符码与中西医学的符号阐释存在的差异。第四章考察了《黄帝内经》的比喻思维,主要包括《黄帝内经》的比喻现象、类型功能、比喻意义的表意形式以及比喻背后的哲学本质。本章还从符号的双轴关系分析了方剂文本的意义传达,为中医的师徒制教育的合法性提供了逻辑论证。第五章考察了《黄帝内经》的文化意义,基于伴随文本与解释社群,分析了《黄帝内经》文本意义的接收;结合文化符号学的模塑理论,探讨了《黄帝内经》符号结构的模塑体系特征和医学文化的深层结构,重新审视了传统医学文化的生成与创新,提出了传统文化典籍意义生成的符号学理论。第六章考察了当代中医文化的符号学问题,从符号学的意义理论阐释了中西医之论争的合理性与论争消解的路径,提出了《黄帝内经》在当代文化谱系中意义生成的符号学策略。结语对整个论文进行了总结和归纳,阐明了本研究的符号学理论研究价值、医学理论阐释的应用价值,指出了研究的不足之处以及后续的研究方向。本论文基于哲学符号学理论立场,阐释了中国古代身体文化现象,具有一定的创新性。第一,研究视角的创新。从符形、符义和符用层面这一全新的视角,阐明了《黄帝内经》文本意义的生成与解释规律,探析了符号文本背后的社会文化特征和历史进程。以符号学为方法论,阐释了《黄帝内经》的表意机制,使得该文本在当代社会中获得了新的意义。第二,理论创新。借助现代性的视角,重新审视了中华民族传统文化,理清了民族文化建构与传承的内在逻辑,提出了符号学的民族文化自我再生理论,凸显了中国学者对现代符号学理论发展作出的努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon is the earliest extant Chinese medical text which has been regarded as the foundamentally doctrinal source for traditional Chinese medicine and exerts a profound role in Chinese body philosophy,history as well as other cultural areas because of the multi-disciplinary knowledge.An ancient body symbolic structure has been constructed in the work,which shows how Chinese ancestors understood the physiology,pathology,diagnostics,therapy and healthkeeping,and how they expressed their cognition.Having been confined to the medical field,the previous researches on Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon focused on the interpretation of medical text and clinical practice,the research horizon is relatively narrow.Semiotics is the study of meaning-making of signs which provides a common theoretical and methodological framework for the cross-disciplinary research.The application of philosophical semiotics to the complicated symbolic structure of body in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon is a new access to understanding its cultural significance and boosts the semiotic communication between China and western countries.From the perspectives of syntaxtics,semantics and pragmatics of semiotics proposed by Charles C.Morris,the dissertation analyses the meaning-making mechanism of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.It aims to propose a semiotic theory on the communication of Chinese traditional cultural classics and provide some new insights into some controversial issues and the meaning-generating of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon in contempary cultural context.The dissertation consists of introduction,six chapters and epilogue.The introduction covers research background,significance,research overview,inadequacy of current researches,research framework,research innovations and difficulties as well.Chapter One focuses on the historical background of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.It involves its name origin,completion time,medical theories,academic thoughts and version circulation as well as research history.Chapter Two illustrates the key semiotic concepts in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.It analyses how these signs such as Qi,Yin-yang and Wuxing were made in terms of syntax and upgraded to meta-signs,how they were operated to express the medicinal meaning in the text of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.Chapter Three concentrates on the sign types in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.It discusses the motivatedness of body sign in the context of index sign and analyzes the interpretation code of symptom as index sign in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.Comparisons have been made based on symptom interpretation between Chinese medicine and western medicineChapter Four investigates the metaphorical thinking in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.It explores metaphor types,functions,its meaning-generating mechanism as well as its hidden philosophical idea.It also involves the interpretation of Chinese medicine prescription text from the perspectives of syntagm and paradigm and the rationality of apprenticeship education mode for Chinese medicine practioners.Chapter Five considers the cultural meaning of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.It analyses how the textual meaning is understood in terms of paratext and interpretive community and how traditional Chinese medicine culture is constructed and passed on with modeling theory and autopoiesis which is the theory of deep structure of traditional culture.Chapter Six centers on the semiotic interpretation on contemporary Chinese medicine culture issues.It explores the semiotic origin of the controversy between Chinese and Western medicine and proposes the semiotic approaches to the controversy and the meaning-generating of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon in the context of contemporary culture.The epilogue summarizes the academic value of semiotics and its role on medical practice as well as some implications.The thesis interprets ancient Chinese body culture in the context of philosophical semiotics.Two innovative points are included in the research.One is the innovation of research perspective.The dissertation explores the mechanism of meaning-making and interpretation of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon in terms of syntaxtics,semantics and pragmatics,and discloses the implied cultural characteristics as well as the historical process.With semiotics as methodology applied to the study of Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon as a symbol of ancient Chinese cultural classics,it gains new meaning in contemporary society.The other point is the theoretical innovation.A new perspective has been adopted to reexamine the traditional Chinese medicine culture and clarify the logic of construction and the semiotic mechanism of national culture communication.In term of this,the theory of autopoiesis on national culture has been put forward,which displays Chinese researchers? efforts in the development of international semiotics.更多还原
