【摘要】 实现中华民族伟大复兴,是近百年来一代又一代领导集体共同面临的历史性课题,但以“中国梦”这样简洁明了、朗朗上口又极具传播力的语言表达伟大复兴的梦想,尚属首次。研究《人民日报》“中国梦”报道,源于其是提升政治传播能力的时代诉求、加强党的领导的现实需求以及深化理论研究的重要课题。展开该研究,不仅能够在理论层面凸显出议程设置在“中国梦”报道中所发挥的重要作用,而且从“中国梦”报道实践中可以认清“中国梦”报道议程设置尚存的问题。学界对“中国梦”的研究多数集中于政治学、社会学等领域,新闻传播领域以专业理论为研究视角对“中国梦”报道进行解读和分析文章并不多。本文以《人民日报》9675篇“中国梦”报道为研究对象,以议程设置为理论框架,采用内容分析和话语分析相结合的方法,探讨《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置的整体图景,并试图探寻议程设置的策略、偏颇及原因,最终提出议程设置的优化路径。依据研究逻辑和思路,本文从以下三个部分展开论述:首先是《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置的概述。从报道的整体数量来看,自“中国梦”提出之后,《人民日报》便对其保持高度的关切,每年报道数量维持在千篇上下,不同年份随着政策议程的不同而上下浮动;从报道形式来看,“中国梦”相关报道大多分布于重要版面,稿件来源广泛且间接建构议题多于直接建构议题;从报道内容上来看,“中国梦”相关报道体裁丰富、主题鲜明且题材分布领域广泛;从报道要素的年度变化来看,得出了“中国梦”是非常重要议题的结论,具体呈现在版面、题材、来源等相关数据中。其次是《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置的策略。数据是直观的理性的,但将数据置于理论框架中考察,置于相应的政策背景下考量,同时与《人民日报》“中国梦”报道话语相结合,则可以探究《人民日报》在“中国梦”报道议程设置中优于其他媒介的策略和特点。《人民日报》作为我国主流媒体的领军媒体和主流声音的传播阵地,在“中国梦”报道的议程设置上凸显出自身特征,彰显了较高的议程设置策略与技巧,呈现出政策议程主导下的媒介议程体系、多元并举的议程结构共同发力、共鸣效应实现多议程融合的特征。最后是《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程偏颇及偏颇的原因。正如硬币具有两面性,数据所呈现的结果亦有其两面性,我们强调《人民日报》所呈现出的议程设置的优越性并不代表可以忽略其客观存在的偏颇之处,《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置还存在着议程结构不尽合理、议程规划相对单一、公众议程关注不够和议程之间互动分散等问题。解决问题需寻根问源,挖掘出现问题的深层次原因,经过大量的考察分析,本文认为《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程偏颇情况的存在既与不断发展变化的外部原因相关联,又离不开自身在议程设置过程中遇到的阻力和障碍。具体说来,可以从社会转型发展、技术全面升级、受众需求多元变化的外部因素,和以政治宣传为核心的惯性思维、体制性约束、媒体融合尚存较大提升空间的内部因素,分析议程偏颇的原因所在。综上所述,本文通过对《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置概况的全景呈现,深入分析了议程设置的策略、偏颇及偏颇的原因。在国际局势复杂多变、国内形势深度变革的重要关口,最大程度的凝聚社会共识、塑造共同信仰,成为“中国梦”这一传播符号所承载的历史使命,也是研究《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置的目的所在。因此,本文认为:《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置可以从转变思维逻辑、注重精细加工、促进报网融合、发挥联动效应四个方面付诸努力,完成从外显议程到内隐认知、优化议程规划、增强议程引导力、多级议程设置的转变,才能进一步提升《人民日报》“中国梦”报道议程设置的科学性和合理性,为提升“中国梦”传播效果奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has been a historic task faced by generations of leaders in the past 100 years,but this is the first time that the dream of great rejuvenation has been expressed in such a simple,catchy and powerful language as the "Chinese dream ".The study of the "China dream" report of People’s Daily comes from the fact that it is an important subject to improve the political communication ability,strengthen the realistic demand of the party’s leadership and deepen the theoretical research.Carrying out this research can not only highlight the important role of agenda setting in the reporting of the "Chinese dream" theoretically,but also identify the remaining problems in the reporting of the "Chinese dream".Most of the academic research on the "Chinese dream" focuses on political science,sociology and other fields,while there are not many articles interpreting and analyzing the reports on the "Chinese dream" from the perspective of professional theories in the field of journalism and communication.In this paper,the People’s Daily 9675 "Chinese dream" report as the research object,based on the agenda-setting theory framework,adopt the method of content analysis and discourse analysis,to explore the People’s Daily reported "Chinese dream" agenda setting of the overall picture,and try to search strategy,bias and the reasons of the agenda-setting,finally to put forward the optimal path of agenda setting.According to the research logic and thinking,this paper is divided into three parts:First,an overview of the agenda setting of "the Chinese dream" in People’s Daily.From the perspective of the overall number of reports,since the "China dream" was put forward,the People’s Daily has maintained a high level of concern about it.From the perspective of the report form,most of the reports related to "China dream" are distributed in important pages,and the articles are from a wide range of sources,and the indirect construction of the topic is more than the direct construction of the topic.From the perspective of the report content,the related reports of "China dream" have rich genres,distinct themes and a wide range of subject areas.From the perspective of annual changes of report elements,it is concluded that "China dream" report is a very important topic,which is specifically presented in the relevant data such as layout,theme and source.The second is the "China dream" agenda setting strategy of People’s Daily.The data is intuitive and rational,but if we examine the data in the theoretical framework,consider it in the corresponding policy context,and combine it with the "China dream" reporting discourse of People’s Daily,we can explore the strategies and characteristics of People’s Daily’s superiority over other media in the agenda setting of the "China dream".The People’s Daily,as the leading media in the mainstream media in our country and the spread of mainstream sound position,in the "Chinese dream" issue on the agenda setting of highlight its own characteristics,reveals the higher agenda setting strategies and skills,media agenda and significantly affected by the policy agenda,diversity and together the agenda of the structure,the characteristics of the echo effect profound connotation construction agenda.Finally,the People’s Daily’s "China dream" report is biased in its agenda setting and its reasons.Just as a coin has two sides,the results of the data presented also has its two sides,we emphasize the People’s Daily,the show’s agenda setting doesn’t mean you can ignore the advantages of its objective existence of bias,the People’s Daily reported "Chinese dream" agenda-setting structure unreasonable,there are agenda agenda planning is relatively single,not enough public agenda and interaction between dispersed on the agenda.Problem solving to roots of source,mining the deep-seated reasons for problems,through a large number of investigation analysis,this paper argues that the development of social transformation,technology upgrade,audience needs multiple changes of external factors,and political propaganda as the core of the inertial thinking,institutional constraints,the media is still larger enhance internal factors of the space,jointly contributed to the People’s Daily "Chinese dream" the existence of bias on the agenda.To sum up,this paper presents a panoramic overview of the agenda setting of "China dream" in People’s Daily,and analyzes in depth the strategy,bias and reasons of the agenda setting.At the critical juncture of the complex and changing international situation and profound changes in the domestic situation,it has become the historical mission of the "Chinese dream",a communication symbol of the People’s Daily,to build social consensus and shape common belief to the greatest extent.It is also the purpose of the agenda setting of the "Chinese dream" of the People’s Daily.Therefore,this paper argues that: the People’s Daily "Chinese dream" agenda-setting can shift from thinking logic issues,pay attention to fine processing linkage effect,promote the newspaper net fusion,play four aspects effort,to complete the agenda from explicit to the implicit cognition,expression of optimal agenda,strengthen the agenda to guide force,the transition of the multistage agenda setting,to further enhance the People’s Daily "Chinese dream" issue scientific nature and rationality of the agenda-setting,lay a foundation in order to promote the "Chinese dream" communication
