露天矿空间模型不确定性研究

【摘要】 随着数字矿山技术的发展,三维矿床空间模型已广泛应用于矿山的生产和设计中。三维矿床空间模型的不确定性对矿山生产决策正确与否有着重要的影响,对矿床空间模型进行不确定性分析是对其本身和在此基础上所作的决策做出科学评价的关键。在对不确定理论分析基础上,深入分析了露天矿空间数据的不确定性,考察了露天矿空间数据来源及空间数据不确定的传播,研究了空间数据位置和属性的不确定性;揭示了最优的理论建模精度和插值精度;明确了露天矿煤层底板界面和煤层厚度的不确定性模型及其关联性,构建了霍林河北露天矿三维空间的不确定模型;实现了对露天矿空间模型的不确定性描述,并将其应用于北露天矿中。对露天矿空间数据的来源及其不确定性分析表明,按照露天矿空间数据产生的不同阶段,将露天矿空间数据分为原始数据、成果数据和生产数据具有科学依据和实用性;对北露天矿煤层钻孔原始数据的不同插值方法插值精度的研究结果表明,克里格插值方法插值精度最高,明显优于距离幂次反比法与多项式插值。在对原始数据的不确定性和建模方法的不确定分析基础上,建立了基于不规则四面体的北露天矿空间模型的不确定性数学模型。以煤层底板界面和煤层厚度的不确定性模型建立为先导,获得各节点的标准差,由各节点的相对误差描述模型的不确定性;进而应用误差叠加原理,将煤层底板界面的不确定性模型和煤层厚度的不确定性模型的不确定性进行有效合成,创建煤层的不确定模型;将不同煤层及煤层之间煤岩的不确定性综合叠加,完成全矿床的空间不确定性模型;并将此不确定性模型成功应用于霍林河北露天矿的规划中,切实指导露天矿的实际生产和长远规划。

【Abstract】 With the development of digital mine technology,three-dimensional spatial model has been widely used in the production and design of the mine.The uncertainty of 3D spatial deposit model has an important influence on whether the decision of mine production is correct or not.Therefore,it is the key to the scientific evaluation of the decision making based on the uncertainty analysis of the spatial deposit model and itself.On the base of the analysis of uncertainty theory,the uncertainty of spatial data of open pit mine is analyzed,and the propagation of spatial data sources and uncertain spatial data in the open pit mine is investigated,as well as the location and attribute of the uncertainty of spatial data has been studied.The optimal modeling precision and interpolation accuracy has been revealed.The uncertainty model of coal seam floor interface and its thickness,as well as its correlation,have been defined in open pit coal mine.The uncertain model of mine 3D spatial on Huolinhe north open pit mine has been constructed.The uncertainty description of the spatial model of open pit mine has been realized and applied to the north open pit mine.By the analysis of the source and its uncertainty of the spatial data in the open pit mine,it shows that the spatial data can be divided into the original data,results data and production data according to the different spatial data stages,which has scientific basis and practical value.According to the study results of different interpolation method accuracy of the bored original data in the north open pit mine,it shows that Kriging interpolation accuracy is the highest,obviously better than the inverse distance weighed method and polynomial interpolation.On base of the uncertainty of the original data and the modeling method,the uncertain mathematical model of north open pit mine space model based on the irregular tetrahedral has been built up.The uncertainty model of the coal seam floor and the thickness was constructed firstly,and the standard deviation of each node could be obtained.The uncertainty could be described by the relative error of each node.Applying the principle of error superposition,the uncertainty could be effectively synthesized by the uncertainty model of the interface of the coal seam floor and the coal seam thickness to construct the uncertain model of the coal seam.The spatial uncertainty model of the whole deposit has been accomplished though the uncertainty of synthetic superimpose between different coal seams and rocks.The uncertain model is successfully applied to the planning in Huolinhe north open pit mine,and it should be used to guide the actual production and long-term planning in the open pit mine.
