【摘要】 需求升级、问题跨界、竞争国际化与体验化的当代社会,呼唤创意度、完成度、体验性俱佳的优质建筑创作。而复杂综合、迅速变化的建筑设计行业趋向分工细化、程序拆解、事务繁琐,严重干扰设计主体的完整性与设计过程的可控性。社会发展与现实处境要求当代中国建筑师在建筑实践中的创造力、适应力、控制力同步加强。因此,从主体实践视角切入建筑设计方法研究,优化设计主体的认知模式与设计思维,整合并提升设计实践的有效创新、成品控制与体验营造,是当前建筑学与建筑设计行业的重要课题。本文尝试对此有所助益。本文回归到从概念到建成全过程的项目情境,基于实践体认与现状考察,指出设计思维的连贯性是设计主体在当代复杂新环境中创作优质作品所需关注的认知主线;通过实践总结与理论分析,借助人工科学视野建立“价值重心、本体要素、项目环境”互动的建筑设计认知模型与生成机制,揭示需求目标、建筑本体、外部环境在项目设计实践中的深层结构与互动关系;在此基础上,进一步融合实践心得与设计师式认知及设计思维等新近研究成果,构建围绕项目情境、贴合认知规律、针对品质目标的建筑设计思维连贯性框架,并对此展开阐述:在真实项目情境中,受限于“有限理性”的人类主体围绕“有效创新、建成品质、现场体验”的价值重心,主动搜索与灵活处理项目环境的各种约束与资源,在“概念创意探索”、“建筑语言生成”、“建造品质控制”等三个交叠互动的核心思考空间中展开强调连贯性的设计思考,逐步构建因项目、环境与专业追求的差异而珠玉纷呈的建筑作品。本研究探索一种在与复杂现实积极互动的同时保持建筑专业价值的设计思维连贯性框架,把建筑设计方法从传统的“解题程序、设计流程”,推向“具有稳定内核的弹性框架”,既有指导创作实践的现实意义,也有拓展与补充设计方法研究的理论价值。论文分三部分进行论述:第一部分提出论题(主要对应第一章绪论)第一章绪论从建筑师在当代面临的主体性挑战发轫,提出研究范围为“当代建筑设计实践中建筑师的主体性、创造力与掌控力”;从设计思维的跨界兴起获得启示,明确研究对象为“建筑设计思维”;结合笔者在中国当代建筑设计实践的体认与思考,确定研究课题为“构建围绕项目情境的建筑设计思维连贯性框架”。然后对相关研究现状进行了介绍、分析并阐述了论文的研究目标、研究意义、研究方法与研究框架。第二部分建立框架(主要对应第二、三、四章)第二、三、四章进一步梳理、分析和阐述相关理论基础与实践支撑,总结“价值重心、本体要素、项目环境”互动的建筑设计认知模型与设计思维要素,提出围绕项目情境的建筑设计思维连贯性框架的概念,并对其构成和运作进行总体概述,建立主体研究框架。第三部分分层建构(主要对应第五、六、七、八章)第五、六、七章展开纵向分析性的研究,对建筑设计思维连贯性框架的三个核心思维空间——概念创意探索、建筑语言生成、建造品质控制——分别进行逐层展开的深入研究,阐明各个核心思维空间的内部着力点与外部推动力等构成要素与作用机制。第八章展开横向综合性的研究,阐明建筑设计思维连贯性框架的运作机制。通过泰州民俗文化展示中心项目的设计建造过程复盘,探索连贯性框架在具体项目中的实践运用。然后拓展讨论连贯性框架与设计组织架构及管理、新型数字化设计工具及平台、新型建造技术体系等设计支持领域的关系。结论总结了论文成果——建筑设计思维连贯性框架的核心内容与创新点,指出本研究的不足,并对研究前景进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The escalated dem ands,cross-disciplinary challenges and internationalized and experience-oriented competitions in the conte mporary society calls for quality architectural design that excels in creativity,completion and experience.However,the com plex and ever-changing architectural demands and industry development have led to increasing level of division of work,decomposition of design pr ocess and ever-cumbersome matters during the architectural design process,which has seriously distracted the integrity of architect’s mind and controllability of the desi gn process.The social development demands greater creativity,adaptability and controllability f rom the cont emporary Chinese ar chitects in th eir practice.Therefore,it poses one of the m ost important topics in architecture and architectural design industry to research the architectural methodology from the perspective of architects,improve their cognitive structure and design thinking,and enhance the effective innovation,the control of the building quality and the creation of experience in architectural practice.This dissertation has the attempts to contribute to this subject.Based on the practical experiences and study of existing status,the dissertation reviews the whole p roject context from concept to real ization,pointing out that a coherent design thinking is the main cognition thread that the architects should focus on to create high quality architectural works within anew and com plicated environment nowadays.Through the summary of practice and theoretical analysis,and from the perspective of the Sciences of the Artificial,the Disser tation establishes a cogn itive model of architectural design which involves the interaction of the central value,architect accomplishment and project context,revealing the in-depth structure of and the interaction among the project goal,the building and the external environm ent in design practice.Based on preceding analysis,the Dissertation further incorporates the recent research finding s on the practical experiences and designer cognition and design thinking to construct and elaborate a fr amework for cohenrence in architectural design thinking that centers on the project context,aims at the goal of quality and fits the cognitive laws.Th is Dissertation discusses how an architect,in a real project context and as human beings limited by "bounded rationality",focuses on the central values of "effective innovation,quality of completion and in-situ experience",flexibly deals with the various project constraints and assets,and real ize coherent thinking in three overlapping core areas,namely the "exploration of c reative concept","generation of architectural language" and "control of construction quality",and gra dually creates the h igh-quality architectural works that distin ctly differentiate from each ot her as resu lt of th e differences in project,environment and discipline.The Study intends to explore a f ramework for cohenrence in architectural design thinking,which on one hand interacts with the complex environment and maintains the value of architectural expertise,on the other hand leads the transformation of architectural methodology from the conventional "problem-solving procedure and design flow" to a "flexible framework with a stable core".It is of not only practical significance in guiding the practice,but also theoretical significance in expanding a nd supplementing the existing research on design methodology.The Dissertation is divided into three parts:Part Ⅰ Introduction to the Topic(Chapter I Introduction)The Chapter I: Introduction starts with the challenges on subjectivity of architects in the contemporary era.It defines the scope of the study to be "the subjec tivity,creativity and control of the architects in the contem porary architectural design practice",and the research subject to be "architectural design thinking" as inspired by the rising cross-disciplinary design thinking.Based on the author’ s knowledge and contemplation of the contem porary Chinese architectural design practices,it further establ ishes the research topic to be "building a project-context-centered framework for cohe nrence in architectural design thinking",and subsequently briefs the existing research and analyzes and elaborates the research objectives,significance,methodology and framework.Part Ⅱ Establishment of the Framework(Chapters II to IⅤ)This part further stream lines,analyzes and elaborates the relevant theoretical basis and practices.It summarizes the arch itecture cognitive model that involves the interaction of the central value,architect accom plishment and project co ntext and correspond ing design thinking elements,proposes the concept of the project-context-centered fram ework of cohenrence in arch itectural design thinking,and briefly describes the com position and operation of the framework to establish the main research framework.Part Ⅲ Hierarchical Construction(Chapters Ⅴ to Ⅷ)Chapters Ⅴ through Ⅶ present a longitudinal analysis that respectively probe into the three core areas of architect ural design thinking,nam ely the conceptual exploration,generation of architectur al vocabulary and control of cons truction quality,and explain the elements of and functioning m echanism including the internal focus and external drivin g force of each core area.Chapter Ⅷ conducts the cross-sectional study that elaborates the operational mechanism of the fram ework for cohenrence in architectural design thinking.By recapping the design and construction process of Taizhou Folk Culture Exhibition Center,it explores the application of the fra mework in the specific project,which is followed by discussion on the relationship between the fra mework and various supporting areas,such as the or ganization and management of the design firms,new digital design tools and platforms and new building technology systems.Conclusion is a summ ary of the innovation el ements contained in the fra mework of cohenrence in architectural design thinking,as well as limitations and prospects of
