【摘要】 思想政治教育是自有人类以来就有的一项社会化活动,在西方大多数国家这项实践活动称作公民教育。进入阶级社会,思想政治教育的目的更为明确、内容更加规范,不同时代、不同国家思想政治教育的内容因文化背景、历史传统、统治阶级立场不同而有所差异,同一个国家不同时期的主要任务不同、同一时期受众不同,思想政治教育内容因要反映这些现实而有不同。当代中国高校的思想政治教育承担着为中国特色社会主义事业、为中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦培养可靠的接班人和建设者的重任。特别是中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我们比历史上任何时期都更接近中华民族的伟大复兴,在这个冲刺关键期,能否培养出政治立场坚定、思想进步、品德高尚的接班人和建设者是至关重要的。因此,党和国家高度重视高校思想政治教育的发展与功能的发挥。在这样的背景下,如何提升思想政治教育的效度、实现立德树人目标是当下思想政治教育界集中攻关的课题,而教育效度归根结底体现为“说服人”,“而理论只要彻底,就能说服人。”因此,提升教育效度还要侧重在内容上下功夫。思想政治教育总的宏观内容要与时俱进,不同教育对象的微观内容也要做有针对性的调整。医学生是大学生中的重要群体之一,医学生思想政治教育应当是针对高等医学院校医学生所进行的有针对性的思想政治教育活动,其教育内容应当具有与其他教育对象的思想政治教育相区别的特色。但在实践中,医学生思想政治教育内容无论是在思想政治理论课主渠道的教学内容中,还是在日常思想政治教育渠道教育内容中,几乎没有针对医学生这个特定教育对象、反映医学教育特色的个性内容,其吸引力不足、教育效果不尽如人意。以当代医学生思想政治教育内容建构为研究课题,是对思想政治教育内容理论的探索,是提升医学生思想政治教育效度的根本途径之一。论文以马克思主义立场、观点和方法为指导,根据文献研究总结的理论成果情况,遵循思想政治教育内容构建规律,采用历史分析方法、比较分析方法、一般系统论方法,从基本概念界定着手,研究医学生思想政治教育内容的历史发展状况,古今中外可供继承、借鉴的医学生思想政治教育内容,分析医学生思想政治教育内容面临的挑战与建构机遇、建构的原则,以内容整合的静态构建、内容具体呈现的动态构建相辅相成完成内容建构。论文研究共分七个章节展开。第1章,绪论。主要介绍选题的背景与意义,对与该选题相关的国内外理论成果进行综述,说明关于论文的研究思路与方法、论文研究的创新之处与不足,初步概括论文研究情况。第2章,当代医学生思想政治教育概述。界定了论文中使用的医学生、医学生思想政治教育概念,阐述了医学生思想政治教育内容建构的理论依据,即思想政治教育内容理论、教育学德育内容理论、道德心理发展理论、一般系统论理论及其他相关理论借鉴(话语理论、认同论、传播学理论)等。为后续内容研究做前提铺垫。第3章,当代医学生思想政治教育内容的发展历程。分初创时期、曲折时期、发展时期三个阶段,在思想政治教育大环境、和宏观内容变迁中考察医学生思想政治教育内容的发展变化,分析内容发展趋势,总结内容建构的经验。第4章,当代医学生思想政治教育内容的借鉴。首先纵向梳理古代中外医学生思想政治教育内容,分析可继承、可借鉴的资源,其次横向概述当代几个国家医学生思想政治教育内容,分析可借鉴资源。为医学生思想政治教育内容建构做资料准备。第5章,当代医学生思想政治教育内容面对的挑战和机遇。时代发展、医学人才培养、医患关系反思、医学生个人成长需要都对现有内容提出了挑战,同时历史方位转变、意识形态建设、医学教育改革、医患关系修正又为内容建构提供机遇和条件。医学生思想政治教育内容建构面临着现实紧迫性与有利的社会背景、条件。第6章,当代医学生思想政治教育内容的建构体系。首先分析了内容建构的目标;其次论述了内容建构的原则;最后从基础性内容、医学人文性内容、医学生发展性内容、医患和谐性内容四个方面构建医学生思想政治教育内容的静态体系。这个内容体系还要在具体呈现的实践路径中获得动态建构,才能最终完成内容建构的任务。第7章,实现当代医学生思想政治教育内容建构的路径优化。通过发挥思想政治理论课主渠道作用、日常思想政治教育的有效运行、落实推进“课程思政”精神及社会实践等其他场域作用,实现内容在实际工作中具体的、动态建构。并从领导体制、队伍建设、财力保障、社会协作四个方面分析了如何保障内容建构的实现以及长远发展。医学生思想政治教育内容建构的研究以时代的发展为前提和依据,内容应随着时代发展而发展,这是一个没有止境的任重而道远的工作。医学生思想政治教育内容是思想政治教育内容研究的分支,应当有更多的分受众思想政治教育内容的研究,使思想政治教育内容更好地反映思想政治教育的目的和要求,更准确的作用于教育对象,实现教育效度目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education is a socialization,it is called “Civic Education” in the Western.After the Class appeared,it’s purpose was more deterministic and it’s contents was more canonical.Ideological and political education contents are distinguished by cultural background,tradition and governing class standpoint at different times or different countries.And the contents must reflect variation caused by different missions in different times in one country,or caused by different receivers in the same time in one country.In the contemporary era,Chinese universities Ideological and political education culture qualified builders and successors for Socialism with Chinese characteristics and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Especially,socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,we are closer to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation than ever before in history,that is too a key period.It is key to cultivate qualified successors and builders.So the party and the country attach great importance to the development and function of ideological and political education,how to improve the validity of education is the current focus of ideological and political education research.In that background,how to improve the validity and realize purpose of moral education are the subject researched.Ultimately,validity of education is from “convincing people”,“As long as the theory is thorough,it can convince people.” So,contents are studied for improving education validity.The general macro content of the ideological and political education should keep up with The Times,and the micro content of different receivers should be adjusted accordingly.Medical students are an important part of college students.Medical students’ Ideological and political education should point to medical students in medical universities.So,it’s contents should be different from others’ because it’s characteristics itself.But in fact,there is not any contents that point to medical students and reflect medical education rules,whether the main channel which is ideological and political theory course or daily ideological and political education.It is lack of charming,and the effects are dissatisfied.Taking the contents construction of medical students’ ideological and political education as the research topic,that is the exploration of the contents’ theory of ideological and political education and the foundation to improve the efficiency of medical students’ ideological and political education.The thesis is guided by Marxism stand,viewpoint and method.According to summarizing the theoretical basis of literature research,follow the rules of ideological and political education content construct,using the method of historical analysis,comparative analysis method,method of system theory,to definite some basic definitions,to study historical development of medical students’ ideological and political education content,to study some contents deserved to inherit or learn from the Eastern and the Western in history,to analyze the challenge and opportunity for the content construction of medical students’ ideological and political education,construction principles.Contents integration of static construction and content presenting of dynamic construction complete contents construction.The thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter,the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of topic selected,narrate the theoretical results of research related to the topic both at home and abroad,the ideas and methods of this thesis,the innovation and the insufficiency of the paper,and summarize the preliminary research.The second chapter,the overview of contemporary medical student’s ideological and politics education.Define the medical students,medical students’ ideological and political education concept used in this paper.Expounds the theoretical basis for content construction of the medical student’s ideological and political education,the content theory of the ideological and political education,the theory of moral education,moral psychological development theory,general systems theory and other related theory reference(discourse theory,identity theory,communication),etc.Prepared some material for the follow-up research.The third chapter,the development of the contemporary medical students’ ideological and political education content.There are three stages,Start-up,twists and development.Study the development of the medical students’ ideological and political education content in the changing of ideological and political education environment and macro content,and analyze development trend,summarizes the experience of content construction.The fourth chapter,The reference of modern medical students’ ideological and political education content.Firstly,comb the ancient Chinese and foreign medical students ideological and political education content,analyze the inheritance and reference resources.Outline contemporary medical students ideological and political education content,analyze valuable resources.To prepare information for the content construction of medical students’ ideological and political education.The fifth chapter,The challenges and opportunities faced by modern medical students’ ideological and political education contents.Reflection times development,medical talent cultivation,the doctor-patient relationship,medical students’ personal development needs,has posed a challenge to the existing content.Historical position shift at the same time,ideological construction,medical education reform,correction of the doctor-patient relationship,that provide opportunities and conditions for contents construction.The contents construction of medical students’ ideological and political education faces the realistic urgency and favorable social background and conditions.The sixth chapter,the content construction system of the contemporary medical student’s ideological and politics education.Firstly,the goal of content construction is analyzed.Secondly,the principle of content construction is discussed.Finally,the static system of education content is constructed from four aspects: basic contents,medical humanistic contents,medical student development contents and doctor-patient harmony contents.This content system should be dynamically constructed in the concrete present practice path,so as to finish the task of content construction.The seventh chapter,the path optimization of education content construction of contemporary medical students’ thought politics.The role of main channel of ideological and political theory course is played,daily ideological and political education is operated," courses ideological educate " is carried out and the social practice,etc.specific content is built in the practical work.From the four aspects of leadership system,team building,financial security and social cooperation,this paper analyzes how to guarantee the realization of content construction and long-term development.The research on the content construction of medical students’ ideological and political education is based on the development of The Times,and the content should develop with the development of The Times,which is a work with no end and a long way to go.The study of medical students’ ideological and political education contents is a branch of the content of the ideological and political education research,there should be more content study of points audience ideological and political education in order to reflect the ideological and political education purpose and requirements more accurate,to
