【摘要】 中国共产党思想政治教育话语权是中国共产党领导权的重要体现。中国共产党思想政治教育话语权的获得和建构有其历史之境和现实之境。总结中国共产党在新民主主义革命中建构与发展思想政治教育话语权的经验与教训,做到为今所用,延续中国共产党的优良传统和政治优势,在开放多元的新的历史条件下的社会语境中进一步建构中国共产党的思想政治教育话语权,通过马克思主义话语主导进一步维护、巩固意识形态与价值主导,是中国共产党必须解决和完成的一项重大时代课题和战略任务。本文的目的在于通过研究新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的思想政治教育话语权为我国当今党的思想政治教育工作提供建设性启示。本文以“话语权”的视角重新审视新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的思想政治教育工作,探索中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期思想政治教育话语权建设的有益经验,首先,在按历史分期的线索中总结中国共产党思想政治教育话语权建设在新民主主义革命时期各阶段的发展状况,在党内外的思想政治教育话语权的争夺中概括总结争夺策略,明确党在争夺策略上坚持阶级话语的灌输与嵌入、正确对待敌友关系以及重视马克思主义理论学习的开展和推进。通过深入剖析新民主主义革命时期中国共产党思想政治教育话语权建设的发展历程,明确中国共产党思想政治教育话语权的生成建构机制,在信仰生成和政治认同的互动演进中共同推进话语权的掌握。信仰生成关涉人民群众马克思主义信仰的确立与传递,这是时代需要和人民呼唤的必然结果,是社会存在对社会意识的反映与真实写照,是中国共产党思想教育话语权形成的基础;政治认同关涉人民群众对中国共产党领导的认同,中国共产党通过制度建构、政治运行和政治价值的协调统一实现人民群众对党的政治认同的凝聚和转化,这是中国共产党思想政治教育话语权形成的内在根据。正是以上两个方面为中国共产党掌握思想政治教育话语权提供了合理依据,从而建构资产阶级革命向无产阶级革命、资本主义道路向社会主义道路转换的现实合理性。中国共产党在建构思想政治教育话语权过程中,深刻把握中国革命性质、任务、目标与未来走向,集中体现出民族主义、民主主义和社会主义的有机结合;其建构过程又是马克思主义中国化和马克思主义大众化的过程,集中体现出政治话语、大众话语、学术话语的统一。从其意识形态属性与功能上来看,展现出党性与人民性的统一、认同性与拒斥性的统一、主导性与兼容性的统一。对于新民主主义革命时期中国共产党思想政治教育话语权建设的当代启示,要求我们应该从主导性、主体性、主动性、科学性与创新性为着眼点,坚持和巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的主导性,坚持以人民为话语中心的主体性,坚持马克思主义宣传教育的主动性,坚持马克思主义理论话语的科学性与创新性,进一步巩固和增强党的先进性和执政能力,构建卓有成效的党的思想政治教育话语体系,展现中国共产党思想政治教育话语权的强大影响力、吸引力、凝聚力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The discourse power of theCommunist Party of China’s ideological and political education is an important embodiment of the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The achievement and construction of the discourse power of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China has its historical and realistic contexts.The experience and lessons in the development and construction of the discourse power in the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education in the New Democratic Revolution period can be used nowadays as they form the continuation of the Communist Party of China’s traditional and political advantages,thus providing reference for the construction of the discourse power in the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political educationunder the new historical conditions of open and pluralistic society.And by employing Marxist discourse,it is a heated topic of the times and also a strategic task of the Communist Party of China to maintain and consolidate the dominant discourse of ideology and values.This study aims to explorethe discourse power in the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education in the New Democratic Revolution period,which provides implications for future ideological and political education.This study revisits the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education in the New Democratic Revolution period from the perspective of discourse power,exploring useful experience in the construction of discourse power in the ideological and political education in the period of New Democratic Revolution.First,it re-examines the developments of the construction of discourse power in the Communist Party of China’sthe ideological and political education in different historical stages during the New Democratic Revolution,summarizes the strategies in thecompetitionof discourse power of ideological and political education inside and outside the party,and makes clear that in the use of strategies by the party,the insistence of indoctrination and embedment of class discourse,the use of binary oppositions,and the implementation and application of Marx’s theory.Through in-depth analysis of the development process of discourse construction of the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education in the New Democratic Revolution,the mechanism of the construction of the power of discourse of ideological and political education is made clear,thus jointly promote the mastery of discourse power in the interaction of belief and political identities.The establishment belief is concerned with the establishment and transfer of people’s beliefs of Marxism,which is an inevitable result of the needs of thetimes and people,a reflection and a vivid portrayal of social consciousness by social existence,and the foundation of the Communist Party of China’s ideological education discourse power;Political identity involves people’s approval of the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The Communist Party of China achieve the political identity of the masses and theformation and transformationof their cohesive force by the construction of principles,the harmonization of political values and political operation,which is the internal basis of the formation of the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education discourse power.The above two aspects provide reasonable evidence for the mastery of discourse power in the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education,thus constructing therationality of the transformation from bourgeois revolution to the proletarian revolution,from the capitalist road to socialist road.In the process of the construction of discourse power in the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education,the Communist Party of Chinahas a profound grasp of China revolutionary nature,tasks,objectives and future directions,which embodies the organic combination of nationalism,democracy and socialism;the construction process is the process Sinicization of Marx doctrines and the popularization of the Marx doctrines,which embodies the unity of political discourse and public discourse and the academic discourse.From the perspective ofits ideological attributes and functions,it shows the unity of the party spirit and the people’s unity,the unity of recognition and rejection,and the unity of dominance and compatibility.As for the contemporary implicationsof the discourse power in the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education in the New Democratic Revolution period,we should regard dominance,initiation,subjectivity,science and innovation as the starting point,uphold and consolidate the Marx doctrine in the field of ideology,adhere to the principle in which people are regarded as the center of discourse,thus reflecting their subjectivity,uphold the initiative of Marx doctrinesin publicity and education,science and innovation of Marx’s theory of discourse,to further consolidate and enhance the party’s progressiveness and the construction of the party’s abilityof governance,building an effectivediscourse system of ideological and political education,demonstrating the influence,attraction and cohesive force of the Communist Party China’s discourse power in ideological and political education.更多还原
