【摘要】 抗战全面爆发后,在中华民族生死存亡的危急关头,国共两党围绕团结抗战的战略策略,在清醒认识中国国情和各自党情的基础上,同时强调了各自党的基层组织建设。加强对抗战时期国共两党基层党组织建设的研究,以史为鉴,希冀对今天的基层党组织建设有所启迪和借鉴。本文以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导,以政党建设体系为框架,以抗战时期国共两党基层党组织建设的发展进程为线索,综合运用了政治学、历史学、社会学等学科对这一问题研究的最新成果,对抗战时期国共两党基层党组织建设的历史背景、主要内容、实践成效进行全面系统的考察论述,通过综合研究和比较,从历史变迁中揭示出了基层政党建设的经验教训及现实启示。论文内容包括:引言:论述和阐明了本文的选题缘由、研究现状以及研究思路和方法,揭示了本文研究的学术价值和现实意义。第一章:概述抗战时期国共两党基层党组织建设的社会历史背景。从国共两党基层党组织建设的历史依据、现实需要两个层面分析了国共两党基层党组织建设的背景和生成原因,这是研究国共两党基层党组织建设的基本前提。第二章:阐述抗战时期国民党的基层党组织建设。本章分别从国民党基层党组织的基本架构、组织工作、宣传工作、民众工作和基层党政关系等方面展开,论述了国民党基层党组织建设的主要内容、实践过程及成效。第三章:阐述抗战时期中国共产党的基层党组织建设。本章同样从中共基层党组织的基本架构、组织工作、宣传工作、群众工作和基层党政关系等方面进行论述,总结中共抗日根据地基层党组织建设的实践成效。第四章:对国共两党基层党组织建设的共性与差异进行比较研究。论述了国共基层党组织建设在重视程度、思想理论建设、农村基层党建、时代特点等方面的相似之处;分析国共基层党组织建设在工作覆盖面、党群关系、干部选用、工作实效、政党形象等方面存在实质的不同。第五章:阐述了国共两党基层党组织建设的主要经验及当代启示。本章在肯定国共两党基层党组织建设的成功经验成绩的同时,分析了两党基层党组织建设存在的不足,总结了国共两党基层党组织建设的当代价值。结语:全面总结抗战时期国共两党的基层党组织建设情况,并给出本文的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Anti-Japanese War broke out, the Chinese nation was facing the crucial moment, the kuomintang and the communist party around the strategic tactics of Unity of resistance clearly realized their own party while separately emphasized Grassroots organizations construction. Taking history as a mirror, our current the primary party organization construction will get enlightenment and benefit from strengthening the study on the primary party organization construction of the two parties in the period of Anti-Japanese War.Based on the guiding ideology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the framework of the party construction theory system and the clue of the developing process of the two parties the primary party organization construction in the period of Anti-Japanese War. Through the comprehensive usage of the latest research achievements on this topic including politics, history, sociology, etc. This paper exhaustively discusses the historical background, the main content, the efficiency of practice. In comparison with comprehensive research on the CPC and the KMT grassroots party organizations summarizes the historical experiences and realistic inspiration of the two parties’ grassroots organizations.This paper’s contents follow:Introduction: By collecting and arranging for academic research documents, this paper discusses the reason of the topic selection of thesis, introduces the research approaches and ideas and illustrates theoretical value and practical significance.Chapter I: The elaboration on the social history background of the CPC and the KMT grassroots party organizations in the period of Anti-Japanese War. In the perspective of historical basis and realistic significance for the two parties’ grassroots organizations, It mainly analyzes the background and the root cause of the two parties’ grassroots organizations, which is the prerequisite of research on it.Chapter II: The expounding on the KMT grassroots party organizations in the period of Anti-Japanese War. It principally focuses on the basic architecture, organization work, propaganda work, mass work and the relationship of grass-roots party and government and discusses the main content, practical process and results of the primary party organization construction of the Kuomintang.Chapter III: The expatiating upon the primary party organization construction of the Communist Party of China in the period of Anti-Japanese War. In several aspects of the underlying structure, organization work, propaganda work, mass work and the relationship of grass-roots party and government. It primarily discusses the main content, practical process and results of the primary party organization construction of the Communist Party of China.Chapter IV: The investigation into the commonalities and differences of the CPC and the KMT grassroots party organizations. It states the similarity among emphasis, ideological and theoretical construction, rural grassroots party construction, and the characteristics of times in the period of the two parties’ grassroots organizations and explore the essential differences between the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang in the fields of the coverage of work, Party-masses relationship, the cadre selection, work efficiency and the party image of the CPC and the KMT grassroots party organizations.Chapter V: The exposition of the main experience and contemporary enlightenment of the two parties’ grassroots organizations. This chapter analyzes the deficiency of the two parties’ grassroots organizations while giving recognition to Successful experience results of it, and summarize the contemporary value of the two parties’ grassroots organizations.更多还原
