基于直觉模糊质量功能配置的通信产品规划研究

【摘要】 中国通信设备产业作为高科技产业的重要组成部分,已经发展成为一个较为完整的体系,并处于高速发展之中。高质量的通信产品规划过程是通信产品开发成功的最重要因素,科学地将客户需求转换为产品技术特性是实现通信产品规划的重要保障。质量功能配置作为一种蕴含着源流管理思想的质量管理方法,在整个质量管理学科体系中占有十分重要的地位,是成功实现客户满意的强有力武器。大量的实际应用表明,质量功能配置能明显地缩短产品研发周期,增强内部沟通,提升产品质量,提高顾客满意度,并最终提升企业绩效。然而,随着社会经济系统的日益复杂,产品开发时所面对的各种信息往往具有模糊、不精确和不完备等特点,使得质量功能配置中的各种输入信息必然具有内在的不精确性和不确定性。上述因素凸显了采用精确数字形式的传统质量功能扩展方法的不足,在实践中难以取得预期的显著效果,因此亟待改进。本文针对上述问题和已有研究的不足,面向通信产品规划,以直觉模糊集理论、多属性群决策理论、质量功能扩展方法、市场营销理论等为基础,在研究通信设备市场和相关理论、方法的发展的基础上,首先,建立基于直觉模糊集的质量功能配置框架;然后,建立产品目标市场直觉模糊多属性群决策模型;其次,提出目标市场客户需求重要度确定的直觉模糊方法;最后,提出产品规划中技术特性优先度确定的直觉模糊方法。本文探讨了目前产品规划存在的问题,分析了研究通信产品规划的重要性。综合论述了通信设备市场、质量功能配置和直觉模糊集等相关理论与研究进展。提出了直觉模糊产品规划质量屋模型,分析了目标市场的直觉模糊多属性群决策方法,研究了客户需求、技术特性的直觉模糊建模方法。从市场营销理论视角,分析了产品市场细分方法,目标市场评估与决策的一般模式,探讨了直觉模糊多属性群决策方法,研究了通信产品市场细分特征,提出了通信产品目标市场评估模型。以目标市场为基础,研究了目标市场客户需求分析,分析了基于直觉模糊判断矩阵的多属性群决策模型,探讨了群决策一致性,提出了改进的马尔科夫链蒙特卡洛随机算法,建立了基于直觉模糊判断矩阵的客户需求基本重要度模型,考虑了市场竞争分析,建立了基于直觉模糊相似度的市场竞争重要度模型,并且提出了目标市场客户需求最终重要度的确定方法。通信产品规划的客户需求重要度确定研究,验证了方法的有效性。以目标市场客户需求重要度确定结果为依据,分析了直觉模糊信息熵的表示形式,提出了基于直觉模糊熵模型的专家客观赋权方法,建立了产品规划技术特性基本优先度确定模型,考虑技术竞争性分析,建立了基于直觉模糊交叉熵的市场竞争优先度模型,并且提出了产品规划技术特性最终优先度确定方法。通信产品规划的技术特性优先度确定研究,验证了方法的可行性。论文最后对研究工作的创新点进行了总结,并提出了有待于进一步研究的问题和方法。

【Abstract】 As an important part of high-tech industry, Chinese telecommunications equipment industry has developed into a more complete system and is advancing in high-speed. High-quality telecommunications products planning process is the crucial factor for successfully developing telecommunications products。Scientifically converting the customer requirements into proper technique features of products is significant guarantee for product planning. Quality Function Deployment is an efficient quality management method, and plays a vital role in the entire disciplinary system. It has been a powerful approach in successful implementation of customer satisfaction. Practical applications show that the quality function deployment can significantly shorten product development cycles, enhance internal communication, ameliorate product quality, improve customer satisfaction and ultimately enhance business performance.However, with the increasing complexity of economic systems, product development has to deal with plenty of information with fuzzy, imprecise and incomplete characteristics, which inevitably makes the input information of quality function deployment is inherent imprecision and uncertainty. These factors highlight the shortage of traditional quality function deployment using precise digital description form. The traditional quality function deployment needs to be improved since the expected significant effect is difficult to achieve.In this dissertation, the problems and shortages mentioned above have been studied for telecommunication product planning based on intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, multi-attribute group decision theory, quality function deployment method, and market theory. By studying telecommunication equipment market, first, the intuitionistic fuzzy quality function deployment model is proposed; secondly, multi-attribute group decision based on intuitionistic fuzzy set for product target market is established; thirdly, the method to determine importance of customer requirements from target market is put forward by using intuitionistic fuzzy set; finally, the importance of technique characteristics in product planning is confirmed by the presented method using intuitionistic fuzzy. This dissertation discusses the problems of current product planning and analyzes the importance of studying the telecommunication products planning. A systematic research of telecommunication equipment market, quality function deployment and intuitionistic fuzzy set theories and methods are also presented.An intuitionistic fuzzy product planning house of quality framework is proposed. Based on this framework, the multi-attribute group decision for target market is analyzed, together with the study of the customer requirements and techniques characteristics.From the perspective of marketing theory, the product market segmentation methods and the assessment and decision-making pattern of target market are analyzed. Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making method, the traits of telecommunication product market segmentation are studied, and the assessment model of target market for telecommunication product is put forward.With the selected target market, the customer requirements in target market are analyzed. The consistency of group decision-making is discussed in multi-attribute group decision making model based on preference matrix. The basic importance model of customer requirements with intuitionistic fuzzy preference matrix is built based on the developed Markov Chain Mote Carlo algorithm. By considering the market competition, the competition importance model is also established using intuitionistic fuzzy similarity calculations. The final importance model of customer requirements is determined based on the basic importance model and competition model. Each importance model is verified by application in telecommunication product planning.The importance of technique characteristics relies on that of the customer requirements from target market. The intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is analyzed to objectively distribute the weights of decision experts in multi-attribute group decision making, which contributes to the proposed basic importance model of technique characteristics. By discussing the competition in different enterprises, the competition importance model is established with cross entropy of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The final importance model of technique characteristics is determined based on the basic importance model and competition model. Studying the importance of technique characteristics in telecommunication product planning, the built models are verified to be valid and feasible.In the end, the proposed method for telecommunication product planning is generalized and the innovation of research is summarized. The further research and direction to be made are given.
