【摘要】 随着经济体制完善和企业改革的深入,企业对于物流重要性的认识逐渐深化,同时也对第三方物流的服务提出更高的要求,物流研究报告指出第三方物流作为供应链的一个重要环节,更好更快地发展好第三方物流,必然会为我国物流企业带来更大的利润空间。近年来,随着《物流业调整与振兴规划》和《物流企业分类与评估标准》等政策文件的相继出台,第三方物流企业的发展受到了前所未有的关注,人们更多的开始把目光投向第三方物流企业的分类、企业竞争力的评价以及自身核心竞争力的构建等方面。合理的分类、系统的企业竞争力评价和核心竞争力研究更有助于企业认清自己所处的竞争环境、锁定竞争对手,及时把握竞争对手的变动趋势,为企业战略措施的制定提供依据。因此,以划分第三方物流企业为基础,评价同类型企业竞争力为依托,通过企业核心竞争力的纵向研究,提出培育和发展第三方物流企业核心竞争力的对策措施,对第三方物流企业的发展,乃至我国物流业的发展都具有重要的战略意义。基于这一背景,本文以第三方物流企业为研究对象对其进行分析。本文首先在对国内外相关文献进行回顾分析的基础上,构建了第三方物流企业分类的研究体系框架,通过三种聚类方法的应用将第三方物流企业进行分类。其次,针对以航运为主业的第三方物流企业这一类型,提出影响企业竞争力的“锥形结构”,并建立相应的评价指标体系。同时,采用基于熵权法、TOPSIS法及基于投影主成分的模糊综合评价法的组合评价方法对其进行评价,从而得出该类型企业竞争力的排名。接着,结合中国外运长航集团的特点,采用DEA及DEA交叉评价方法,从时间维度对中国外运长航集团核心竞争力进行评价,得出中国外运长航集团在核心竞争力方面所存在的优势与劣势。最后,站在中国外运长航集团的角度,从物流业务板块和航运业务板块两个方面,提出了提升企业核心竞争力的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the perfection of economic system and the deepening of enterprise reform, the logistics is becoming more and more important for enterprises. In addition, more requirements are put forward for third-party logistics services. The report on logistics points out that the third-party logistics plays an important link in the supply chain. So it will surely bring greater profit margins for logistics enterprises in China by developing third-party logistics.In recent years, with the establishment of policy documents,"Restructuring and Revitalization Plan on the Logistics Industry " and "Classification and Evaluation Criteria of Logistics Enterprises", people pay more attention to the development of third-party logistics enterprises and begin to look toward the classification of logistics enterprises, the evaluation of the competitiveness of enterprises, and the construction of core competitiveness.Reasonable classification, systemic evaluation of enterprise competitiveness evaluation and research on core competitiveness will help enterprises understand their own competitive environment, recognize competitors, and grasp the change of their competitors. It can provide a basis for enterprise to formulate corporate strategy and measures. Therefore, the research on classification and competitiveness has important strategic significance for the growth of third-party enterprises and the development of China’s logistics industry.Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of the review of relevant literature, the framework of third-party logistics enterprise classification framework is built, and classifies the third-party logistics enterprises through the application of three clustering methods. Secondly, for the type of transport companies relying on shipping companies, a conical structure of competitiveness of third-party logistics enterprise has been proposed. And we establish the evaluation index system based on the conical stucture. At the same time, a combination evaluation method, which is based on Entropy Method, TOPSIS method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, has been used to sequence enterprise competitiveness.Then, combining with the characteristics of Sinotrans&CSC Holdings CO.. LTD, DEA and DEA cross-evaluation method are applied to analyze the strengths and weaknesses from the time dimension. Finally, standing on the point of Sinotrans&CSC Holdings CO., LTD, suggestions and measures are put forward to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, from the two aspects of the logistics business segment, the shipping business segments and the shipbuilding Industry business segment.更多还原
