海底管道完整性管理解决方案研究

【摘要】 海底管道完整性管理研究,是国际上近年来提出的新的研究领域。其以管道的全寿命周期安全为目标,综合考虑管道生命周期内的复杂多变因素,采用不同方法和手段研究管道的安全,并且保证所付出的代价为最小。本文以某海底管道为例,研究完整性管理的理论和方法,并将研究结果用于某海底管道的风险识别、管理及控制。研究工作具有较重要的理论与工程意义。某海底管道南侧起始于宁波市大榭岛,向北穿越杭州湾后到达平湖白沙湾输油站,不仅是我国建成的首条穿越长江的管道,而且是我国在强潮流区海湾铺设的直径最大、距离最长的海底原油运输管道。海底管道所处环境属强潮流区海湾,风大、潮急、潮差大,海洋环境恶劣。本文通过对于某海底管道运行现状的设备监测、技术资料搜集以及大量资料信息的分析,从管道运营商对海底管道安全运行管理急需的需求出发,提出了海底管道完整性管理以下四方面技术工作内容1、海底管道完整性管理信息基础平台;2、管道外隐患风险分析模块;3、管道内隐患风险分析模块;4、外部应用模块。本文创新的研究成果体现在:1、通过实施海底管道完整性提高和加强安全生产管理水平。2、海底管道完整性管理考虑整个海底管道系统的可靠性,可以对缺陷的关键部位的风险进行识别与评价,明确缺陷风险的来源、等级和失效机理,确定有效的检验方法和频率,采取相应管理应对策略,保证其在服役期间处于一个良好的运行状态。3、海底管道完整性管理可以优化海底管道设计、建造,并为维护管理提供有效支持。4、海底管道完整性管理可以实现某海底管道全过程全生命周期的管理。5、某海底管道完整性管理系统工具的开发为国内外首个真正意义上的海底管道完整性管理工具,创新性地将可靠性、可用性、可维护性理念运用到管道的生产操作运行决策方面。通过实施海底管道完整性管理可以将海底管道设计、施工、生产检测、维修、维护资料收集录入到系统中,建立综合数据库,集中进行管理;为海底管道管理、检测、维护、维修等业务提供准确、系统的相关历史资料,便于生产管理;能够快速为应急抢修提供相关资料,辅助应急抢险问题分析、方案制定和方案实施;为油田扩建、改造提供信息和检测、定位服务。并且使海底管道生命周期内风险最小,运行维修费用有效降低。

【Abstract】 Submarine pipeline integrity management is a new topic of research in recentyears around the world. For full life-cycle of the subsea pipeline, considering thecomplex factors in the pipeline life-cycle, using different methods and means to meetpipeline safety requirement, and ensure that the price paid for the minimum. Thispaper studies the integrity of management theory and methods, the research results areused for risk identification, management and control of the Hangzhou Bay submarinepipeline. The research has important theoretical and engineering significance.Hangzhou Bay submarine pipeline south from Ningbo Daxie Island, north acrossthe Hangzhou Bay up to Pinghu Baishawan Pumping Station.It is not only the firstpipeline across the Yangtze River. And also the largest and longest Subsea pipeline inthe Gulf of strong tidal District.It bears the important task of transportation of crudeoil across the Yangtze River Delta, with an important strategic significance.Theenvironment of the submarine pipeline is strong tidal zone Gulf of high risk, urgenttide, tidal range, the transmission medium is a high-sulfur Middle East crude oil.Insuch a complex and harsh service environment, safe and stable operation of thesubmarine pipeline is the most important issue to consider.This topic is based on the Hangzhou Bay seabed pipeline running status quo,much-needed demand for safe operation of the submarine pipeline from the PipelineStorage and Transportation Company. Below list the four aspects of the subseapipeline integrity management work. A. Subsea pipeline integrity managementinformation base platform; B. pipeline outside risk analysis module; C. Inside riskanalysis module for the pipeline; D. External application modules.Innovative research in this article as shown: A, through the implementation ofthe submarine pipeline integrity to enhance and strengthen the level of safety inproduction management. B. submarine pipeline integrity management to consider thereliability of the submarine pipeline system, the identification and evaluation of keyparts of the risk of defects and clear defects in the sources of risk, grade, and thefailure mechanism, to determine the effective inspection methods and frequency, takethe appropriate management strategies to ensure that during service in a good state ofoperation. C. Subsea pipeline integrity management can optimize undersea pipingdesign, construction, and maintenance management to provide effective support. D.Submarine pipeline integrity management can achieve the full life cycle management of the Hangzhou Bay submarine pipeline.E. Hangzhou Bay submarine pipelineintegrity management system tools development at home and abroad the first truesense of the subsea pipeline integrity management tools, and innovative way make thereliability, availability, maintainability concept applied to pipeline productionoperations run decision-making aspects.Through the implementation of the submarine pipeline integrity management,subsea pipeline design, construction, production testing, repair, maintenance data cancollect together, entry into the system, the establishment of a comprehensive database,centralized management. Submarine pipeline management, testing, maintenance,repair and other services to provide accurate system related to historical data, tofacilitate production management. It can able to quickly provide relevant informationfor the emergency repair, auxiliary emergency rescue and problem analysis, programdevelopment and program implementation. It can also provide information and testingfor oilfield expansion, transformation, and location-based services.
