城市一体化客运轨道交通运输体系构建研究

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展和人们出行的要求的日益提高,综合运输的理念已深入人心,作为综合运输体系的一部分,一体化客运轨道交通运输体系的构建已成为急需解决的问题,这不仅是轨道交通建设自身和旅客出行的需要,同时也是建设节约型社会的要求。鉴于此,本文针对城市,对一体化客运轨道交通运输体系基础理论进行了分析,重点对其构建模式选择及替代兼用、共轨运输、枢纽换乘三种基本模式下系统的构建进行了深入的研究。主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:(1)对客运轨道交通运输系统进行了界定,阐释了一体化客运轨道交通运输体系的涵义,分析了一体化客运轨道交通运输体系构建的影响因素,通过分析得出构建一体化客运轨道交通运输体系是可行的。(2)给出了构建一体化客运轨道交通运输体系的基本原则,以此提出了其基本架构。在对传统铁路列车停站模式和多点停站模式对比分析的基础上,提出了替代兼用、共轨运输和枢纽换乘等三种构建一体化客运轨道交通运输体系的基本模式,分别对其进行了定义,对其特点和适用条件进行了简要分析,并通过对城市、轨道交通、技术条件和运输组织三大因素判别层中七个条件进行了判别,得出了不同条件下既有轨道交通改造和新建轨道交通可采用的模式,并对一体化客运轨道交通运输运营管理机制进行了探讨。(3)在对替代兼用模式特点和适用范围分析的基础上,给出了替代兼用线路设计及车站布局优化的原则,通过研究,建立了替代兼用线路基于最小旅客集聚总时耗的站点布局双层规划模型并设计了相应的算法,并通过实例对模型和算法进行了验证。然后对替代兼用线路折返段(线)的布置进行了相关讨论。(4)在对共轨运输模式特点和适用范围分析的基础上。提出了共轨运输系统构建及组织的原则和策略,从路网构建(线路平纵断面、轨道及路基、站台布置形式、站台尺寸、旅客进出站流线等)、载运工具(牵引供电制式、列车编组、车载信号、列车构造等)、调度指挥(机构设置和系统构建)等方面对共轨运输实施存在的问题进行了研究,在理论上给出了相应的措施。并从共轨运输的影响和旅客输送模式的确定研究了运输产品的设计,得出了不同类型铁路列车和城市轨道交通列车实施共轨运输后在不同时段内的停站方案和承担客流的性质。(5)在对一体化客运轨道交通运输体系枢纽换乘模式特点和适用范围分析的基础上,给出了枢纽换乘系统构建的基本原则,以旅客集聚时间最小和城市轨道交通集聚分担率最大为目标建立了一体化客运轨道交通运输体系枢纽换乘模式下枢纽换乘站点的多目标布局优化模型并设计了算法,本着“以人为本”的原则,对铁路与城市轨道交通间的换乘系统进行了设计,对三种高效的换乘模式(即同台换乘、垂直换乘、分层换乘)进行了分析,并给出了其适用的条件及需要采用的措施,并对购检票及安检系统进行了设计。本文研究内容为缓解城市交通(主要是地面交通)压力提供了新的思路和方法。总结来说,通过对城市现有轨道交通网络构成和城市规划的分析,得出新建或既有线路间应采取的衔接模式,实现铁路列车在城市内的多点停站,将铁路旅客在城市中的集散进行分解,实现轨道交通在城市交通中的主导地位,从而缓解城市交通地面交通的压力。

【Abstract】 As the economic developing and people’s traveling requirement improving, the coordinated transportation concept has been pretty well understood. As a part of the coordinated transportation system, it is an important content and inexorable trend of rail transit development to building the Integrative Passenger Rail Transit System. It is not only the demarnd of rail transit and passenger, but also the demarnd of conservation-minded society. In view of this, in this paper, the basic theory of Integrative Passenger Rail Transit System has been analyzed. And building mode selecting and system building based on three basic modes (include dual-purpose, common-rail, station-transfer) have been researched deeply for Integrative Passenger Rail Transit System Building. The strategies and approaches of building have been worked out. The main of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) Passenger Rail Transit System has been defined. The meaning for Integrative Passenger Rail Transit System has been explained. Influencing factors of integrative passenger rail transit system has been analysed. Then the feasibility have been analysed.(2) Basic rules and structure of integrative passenger rail transit system building have been given. Based on character comparing analyzing between railway train traditional-stopping mode and multipoint-stopping mode,Dual-purpose, Common-rail, Station-transfer modes of integrative passenger rail transit system building have been put forward, and the definition, character, and suitable condition of them have been analyzed. By judging seven conditions of three factor-judging-floors, the mode of different situation has been definite. Then integrative passenger rail transit operating management mechanism has been discussed.(3) Based on analyzing for character and suitable condition of dual-purpose mode, the rules of line designing and station-layout optimizing have been geiven. By studying, the station-layout bi-level programming model for dual-purpose line based on least passenger-gathering-time-cost has been built, and its solution algorithm has been designed. And an example of model can be well solved with the designed solution algorithm. Then back-turning section or line of dual-purpose line has been studied.(4) Based on analyzing for character and suitable condition of common-rail mode, the rules of system building and organization have been geiven. From network building, conveyance, dispatch commanding, the problems of common-rail system building have been studied and corresponding solutions have been got. The common-rail transportation products have been designed by its influence analyzing and passenger transport mode determining. Different train stopping mode and passenger undertaking of different time stage have been determined between different railway train and urban rail train.(5) Based on analyzing for character and suitable condition of station-transfer mode, the rules of system building and organization have been geiven. The transfer-station-layout multi-objective optimization modelmodel based on least passenger-gathering-time-cost and most urban rail transit portionment has been built. and its arithmetic has been designed. Transfer system between railway and urban rail transit has been designed. Three high-efficiency transfer modes (common-platform transferring, vertical transferring, and layered transferring) have been analyzed, and the suitable condition and measures of them have been geiven. Tickets-sale system and security-check system have also been designed.This paper offers new ideas and methods for relieving pressure for urban traffic (mainly for urban surface traffic). In conclusion, by analyzing rail transit worknet and planning of city, the conect model has been determined to realize multipoint-stopping mode of railway train in city, and disintegrate pressure of railway passenger gathering and dispersing.and realize leading role of rail transit system in urban traffic. So it can relieve the pressure of urban surface traffic.
