基于XaaS的制造服务链形成与应用研究

【摘要】 国内制造企业在反思处于产业链低端的同时,开始重视生产性服务的投入。当制造过程的利润不断降低之际,制造服务工程成为国家制造业的创新之路。尽管达成这样的共识,但是如何实现制造服务还没有现成的经验。面对如此巨大的挑战,一方面要借鉴国外制造服务一体化的实践,另一方面更要结合国内研究基础,探索制造服务发展之路。本文结合国家863课题和浙江省科技攻关项目,对制造服务链、制造服务链平台、制造服务工程、制造服务问题软件化、制造服务链组装、制造服务链运行等方面进行了深入研究。第一章从我国目前制造业和服务业融合的要求出发,阐述了研究制造服务链的背景和重要意义,并分析了制造服务链及其相关技术的研究现状及不足之处。在此基础上,提出了论文的主要研究内容和解决的问题。第二章在制造服务活动信息化的基础上提出了一种制造服务链的形成过程,该过程先将制造服务问题软件化,再通过组装形成制造服务链。并以基本制造服务链为例探讨了制造服务链的应用,并采用petri网技术建立基本制造服务链的模型。在此基础上,提出了基于一切即服务的制造服务链形成和应用研究的技术体系。第三章针对一切即服务的核心,将制造企业的实际制造服务问题软件化从而实现制造与服务的融合。提出了一种基于本体技术和软件需求理论相结合的制造服务问题软件化方法。该方法首先针对具体企业进行制造服务问题的领域建模,建立业务情况的描述本体和建模本体,通过概念实例的创建和关联获取,得到业务情况:再通过UML需求描述元模型将业务情况转化为软构件规格;最后将软构件规格转化为制造服务软构件。第四章针对一切即服务的技术,提出了一种基于软构件技术的制造服务链组装原理。该原理首先基于服务组件架构技术封装制造服务软构件,并用于组装调用:其次分析了基于粗集理论的制造服务链组装知识发现方法;最后提出了基于一切即服务的用户参与定制的制造服务链业务流程设计方法。第五章针对一切即服务的应用,提出了一种基于排队论的制造服务链响应过程,并详细讨论了制造服务链域的构造与映射;提出了制造服务链运行中对用户请求的调度优化,并建立了基于混合智能算法的制造服务链调度策略,从制造服务链分配和制造服务链选择两方面实现制造服务链的调度;提出了两种制造服务链的协调方法,并应用可拓理论对其协调过程进行了形式化分析求解。第六章通过对某汽配件制造企业的制造服务需求分析,构建了制造服务链平台模型。第七章对全文进行了总结,对今后的研究工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Reflections on domestic manufacturing enterprises in the industrial chain in the low end, while paying attention to investment in productive services. When process of manufacture’s profit reduces unceasingly, the manufacture service project becomes the national manufacturing industry road of the innovation. Despite the consensus reached in this way, but how to achieve manufacturing services experience not readily available. The face of such enormous challenges, on the one hand the integration of manufacturing services from abroad practice and, more in conjunction with the domestic research base to explore the manufacturing service development. In this paper,863 subjects and scientific and technological projects in Zhejiang Province, the manufacturing service chain, manufacturing service chain platform, manufacturing services engineering, manufacture service question software; manufacturing service chain assembly; manufacturing services chain operations and other aspects of the manufacturing service chain to run an in-depth study.In chapter one, from the integration of our current manufacturing and service requirements, the research and manufacturing service chain described the background and significance, and analysis of manufacturing service chain and related research status and deficiencies. On this basis, the proposed thesis research and solve problems.In chapter two, proposed in the manufacture servicing activities informationization’s foundation one kind of manufacture serves chain’s forming process, this process will make the service question software first, then forms the manufacture service chain through the assembly. And discussed the manufacture take the basic manufacture service chain as the example to serve chain’s application, and used the petri net technology establishment basic manufacture to serve chain’s model. Based on this, proposed is the manufacture service chain form and applied research technical system based on XaaS.In chapters three, in view of XaaS core, thus manufacturing firm’s actual manufacture service question software will realize the manufacture and the service fusion. Proposed one kind the manufacture service question software method which unifies based on the Ontology technology and the software demand theory. This method first aims at the concrete enterprise to carry on the manufacture service question the domain modelling, establishes the service situation the description Ontology and the modelling Ontology, through the concept example’s foundation and the connection gain, obtains the service situation; a demand description meta-model transforms again through UML the service situation as the soft component specification; finally transforms the soft component specification for the manufacture serves the soft component. In chapter four, in view of XaaS technology, proposed one kind manufacture service chain assembly principle based on the soft component technology. This principle first serves the soft component based on the service module construction technology seal manufacture, and uses in assembling the transfer; next has analyzed based on rough set theory manufacture service chain assembly knowledge discovery method; finally proposed based on XaaS manufacture service chain operation flow design method which the service user participation has custom-made.In chapter five, in view of XaaS application, proposed one kind based on the queuing theory manufacture service chain response process, and discussed the manufacture service chain territory structure and the mapping in detail; proposed in the manufacture service chain movement to the user request’s dispatch optimization, and has established based on the mix intelligence algorithm manufacture service chain scheduling strategy, chooses two aspects from the manufacture service chain assignment and the manufacture service chain to realize the manufacture to serve chain’s dispatch; proposed two kind of manufactures serve chain’s coordinated method, and the application extension theory has carried on the formalized analysis solution to its coordinated process.In chapter six, through to the auto parts manufacturing firm’s manufacture service demand analysis, has constructed the manufacture service chain platform model.In chapter seven, the main conclusions of this dissertation are summarized and the further research work is put forward.
