【摘要】 企业家是社会经济发展的“发动机”,也是社会最稀缺资源之一。第三次科技革命席卷全球,以信息技术为代表的现代高科技正剧烈改变着现代社会的方方面面,企业首当其冲。作为市场的主体,我国企业能否顺应时代潮流,顺利地由传统企业金蝉脱壳成为现代企业,将直接决定我国社会经济发展的动力与后劲。而传统企业的这种蜕变又取决于我国现代企业家的成长状态。现代企业家成长问题的研究正是顺应了这一时代主题。现代高科技因素和全新的时代特征规定了现代企业家与传统一般企业家的区别,也凸显了现代企业家成长要求与一般企业家的很大不同。本文在马克思劳动价值论的指导下,从企业家的本质入手,通过分析现代企业家劳动的性质和现代管理劳动的特征与属性,提出了现代企业家成长状态事实上就是企业家现代管理劳动素质的成长状态,并构建了企业家现代管理劳动素质体系,规定了现代企业家成长标准。依此标准,本文对我国现代企业家队伍成长的现状进行了较为全面的分析,剖析了形成现状的原因,在此基础上进一步提出了从文化传承与创新、环境调适与优化以及机制构建与运行等三个方面来作为改变现状、推动我国现代企业家队伍健康成长的根本途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The entrepreneur is the "engine" for the development of the social and economic, which is also one of the most scarce resources. The third technological revolution sweeping the world, modern high-tech, represented by information technology, are dramatic changes all aspects of modern society, the enterprise bears the brunt. As a main body of the market, whether China’s enterprises can adapt to the times, escapes smoothly from a traditional enterprise into a modern enterprise, will directly determine the power and stamina of the development. And the transformation of traditional enterprises is depends on the growth state of modern entrepreneurs. The research of the developmental problems of the modern entrepreneur is in line with the theme of the times.Modern high-tech elements and the new features of the times determined the difference between general modern entrepreneurs and traditional entrepreneurs, also highlights the different growth between them. In this paper, under the guidance of Marx’s Labor Theory of Value, starting from the nature of entrepreneurs by analyzing the nature of modern entrepreneurial labor and the features and properties of modern management of labor. Proposed that the growth status of modern entrepreneurs actually is the modern management of labor quality of entrepreneurs’s, and build the system of the modern management of labor quality of entrepreneurs, provides the growth standards of the modern entrepreneur. According to the standard, this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of status of the growth of modern entrepreneurs. Analyzes the reasons for status Based on this, Further proposed fundamental way to change the status and promote the healthy growth of China’s modern entrepreneurs from three of cultural Inheritance and Innovation, environmental Adjustment and optimization and mechanism of construction and operation.更多还原
