X80高钢级管线钢埋弧焊丝的研究

【摘要】 油气输送管线(特别是天然气管线)总的发展趋势是持续提高钢管的强度水平,以期最大限度降低管线的建设成本和输送成本,X80钢级已逐渐成为目前高压输送天然气管线的首选钢级。X80管线钢由于综合力学性能和焊接性好,因此具有广泛的应用前景。我国2008年初开工建设的西气东输二线输气管线是世界上距离最长、口径最大、使用X80管线钢量最多、技术含量最高的天然气管线,主干线长4918km全部采用Φ1219mm的X80管线钢管。X80级管线钢具有高强度、高韧性特点,制管过程中使用的埋弧焊丝要求在提高强度的同时,还有较好的低温韧性,为了满足西气东输二线工程开工建设的需要和工程的顺利实施,研制了X80级管线钢埋弧焊丝。根据《西气东输二线管线工程用螺旋缝埋弧焊管技术条件》确定了X80级管线钢埋弧焊丝开发的目标。通过分析X80级管线钢的成分、性能特点,以及合金元素在焊缝金属中的作用和强韧化机理,设计了X80级管线钢埋弧焊丝的基础成分,根据实验室小炉钢的试验结果,确定了X80级管线钢埋弧焊丝合金系和主要合金元素的含量范围。通过工业化试生产,探索了首钢采用210t转炉生产X80级管线钢埋弧焊丝用钢的生产工艺,优化了低碳、低硅、低硫磷钢的脱氧工艺和合金化工艺,实现了工业化大生产,批量生产的X80级管线钢埋弧焊丝用钢成分均匀,非金属夹杂物含量低,钢质纯净。研发的X80级管线钢埋弧焊丝与宝鸡石油钢管有限公司研制的烧结焊剂F80匹配,采用高达1.65m/min焊速,焊接武钢、马钢、太钢、首钢的X80热轧板卷,钢管焊缝金属的抗拉强度、冲击功、维氏硬度均满足了《西气东输二线管线工程用螺旋缝埋弧焊管技术条件》的要求。焊丝熔敷金属和钢管焊缝金属以针状铁素体为主,复合的非金属夹杂物是针状铁素体的形核中心,微合金元素Zr加入,提高针状铁素体的比例。研发的焊丝已通过了中国石油天然气集团公司的产品鉴定,并成功应用到西气东输二线工程中。

【Abstract】 The development tendency of oil gas pipeline (especially for natural gas pipeline) is improving the pipe strength level, so as to reduce the construct and transferring cost to maximum extent. Now X80 class steel is used as the priority class steel for high pressure natural gas transferring pipeline. Because of its excellent mechanical properties and good weldabilty, X80 pipeline steel has comprehensive applying perspective. The pipeline in the 2nd West-East Pipeline Project built in 2008 in our country is the the longest distance pipeline with the largest diameter, and the consumped X80 is at most in the world. The main line is 4918 kilometers long, and all are built byΦ1219mmX80 pipe. The submerged arc weld wire used in the developmet of the pipe was demanded to have high strength and good low temperature toughness. For satisfying the construction of west gas transferring to east project pipeline, the submerged arc weld wire for X80 class steel was developed.The development target of the submerged arc welding wire was based on the Technical Specification of X80 LSAW Line Pipe for the 2nd West-East Pipeline Project. The primary composition of the X80 submerged arc welding wire was designed by analyzing the composition and mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel, as well as the acting mechanics for the alloy elements being in the weld. Based on the try-out results of small oven steel in laboratory, the alloy system and the main elements alloy content range were determined. The production technology of the steel for X80 pipeline steel submerged arc weld wires was researched by using the 210t converter, and the alloying and deoxidating process for low carbon, low silicon and phosphorus steel was optimized, so as to realize high commercial production. the composion of the steel in mass production for X80 class pipeline submerged arc welding wire is homogenous, which has low content of the inclusion, and it is very clean.When the welding speed is 1.65m/min, The X80 hot rolled strip sheets made by Wu Steel, Bao Steel, Ma Steel, Tai Steel and Shou steel all can be welded by the developed X80 class pipeleine submerged arc weld wire matching with the sintered flux F80 developed by Bai Ji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. The tensile strength, impact absorbed energy and Vickkers hardness of the joints all satisfied the demand of“Technical Specification of X80 LSAW Line Pipe for the 2nd West-East Pipeline Project”. The microstrucutre of the deposited metal and the weld of pipes are main acicular ferrite, and the non-metal inclusions are the nucleating centres for acicular ferrite. The addition of Zr can improve the proportion of the acicular ferrite in weld. The developed submerged arc weld wire has passed the identification of PetroChina Company Group, and it is successful used in the 2nd west-east gas pipeline project.
