【摘要】 伴随着社会进步而来的需求多样性以及技术创新速度的提高,结合经济的全球化,导致产业间的竞争与同行业企业间的竞争进入超竞争状态,使国际创业企业的外部环境更具动态特征和不确定性。国际创业企业的任何经济行为都涉及风险问题,风险问题已经成为金融理论、保险理论、决策理论等社会科学领域重要的研究对象之一。本文在回顾和整理创业研究、国际创业研究和风险研究等相关文献的基础上,依据创业学理论、国际创业理论、风险管理理论等基础理论,结合巴基斯坦国际创业环境和中资企业在巴基斯坦的国际创业现状,将组织风险、环境风险和战略风险整合到国际创业风险体系中,构建了中资企业在巴基斯坦国际创业风险理论体系,并通过问卷调查、定量分析的方法,确定了各个指标的权重,并最终形成企业国际创业风险指标体系。具体企业根据自身情况确定各项指标的大小后,该指标体系可以用于确定其国际创业整体风险指数、单一风险指数,并可进行各种风险的均衡性判别。通过对在巴基斯坦进行国际创业的中资企业的案例研究,最终提出了中资企业国际创业风险的防范策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the social progress comes the demand for diversity and improvement of the speed of technological innovation. Combined with the globalization of the economy, the competition among industries and competition among enterprises of the same industry have entered super-competitive status, which makes the external environment of international entrepreneurship (IE) enterprises more dynamic and more uncertain. Any economic activities of IE enterprises are involved in risk problems, and risk has become one important study object of financial theory, insurance theory, decision theory and other social sciences.Based basic theories of on entrepreneurship theory, international entrepreneurship theory and risk management theory, this article has put organizational risk, environmental risk and strategic risk into IE risk system, and has established a index system of IE risks for Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan, and has ascertained the weight of each index through quantitative analysis, which will be useful for the IE activities. The main research contents include:First, this article has sort out the development context of entrepreneurship research, IE research and risk research through review and organizing of entrepreneurship research, IE research and risk research, and has made comment on them.Second, based on relevant researches done by scholars at home and abroad, this article has reviewed and organized the entrepreneurship theory, internationalization theory and risk theory, and has done careful summary. Entrepreneurship theory is the basic theory of entrepreneurship research, and internationalization theory is the guiding theory, and risk theory is the key theory of IE risk research. Based on these three theories, the research on IE risk will be more convincing.Third, this article has studied the general situation of Pakistan, and has studied the natural, cultural, infrastructure, political, financial, economic and policy environment of Pakistan, which is the environment basis of Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan. At the same time, this article has also studied the general situation of Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan, and has summarized the main risks that Chinese-funded enterprises are facing in Pakistan.Fourth, during IE process, enterprise may face all kinds of risks, some of which come from inside of the enterprise, such as the organizational risks; and some of which come from outside of the enterprise, such as environmental risks; and some of which come from the activities of the enterprise, such as strategic risks. According to the review on related researches and theories, and based on classic IE model, this article has studied the risks that enterprise faces during IE process from three aspects: organizational risks, environmental risks and strategic risks, and has analyzed 16 kinds of risks.Fifth, according to the status of Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan, based on the study of IE risk constitution, this article has advanced the purpose and rule of construction of IE risk system, and has carried on questionnaire design, and then established the IE risk system. This article chooses the factor analysis to determine the weights of each index, and construct the complete system, and has explained the applications of this system.Sixth, this article has chosen three typical Chinese enterprises in Pakistan as research object, and has studied the IE situation, IE progress and IE strategies of them. At the same time, this article has also measured the total IE risk, single IE risks and their balance of these three enterprises.Seventh, based on the research of IE risk situation of Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan, combined with the IE cases of them, this article has advanced the specific measures to avoid IE risks.Through qualitative research and quantitative research, this article has get the following results:①This article has constructed the theory framework of IE risks, and has advanced the basic research elements of this article.②Based on the IE risk theory framework, combined with domestic researches and abroad, this article has designed the IE risk questionnaire. Through survey of Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan and quantitative research, this article has ascertained the weights of each index.③This article has applied the IE risk index system on the three specific Chinese enterprise in Pakistan.④Based on the research of IE risk situation of Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan, combined with the IE cases of them, this article has advanced the specific measures to avoid IE risks.The main innovation of this article is in the following areas:①Based on the review of research on IE risks, combined with the characteristics of IE risks, this article has advanced the three dimensions of IE risks, which is the specific division of IE risks based on traditional IE risk research.②Construction of this paper at an international business risk business venture on the basis of the theoretical framework, field collecting carried out in Pakistan in the international business specific data-funded enterprises, the use of spss13.0 software, various risk indicators to determine the weight, to build a detailed and comprehensive system of international business risk indicators, in general, practical and comprehensive in terms of beyond previous research.③B eside measuring of the total risk, it can also measure the single type of IE risk, and can figure out the balance of the three types of IE risks, which make IE enterprises target the specific types of risk during risk control process.更多还原
